  1. Do you think I'm ready for a topic, heh. We have conveyer belts (sprites credit FGX insider): Plus Homing attack and Jump dash: Also Rockets! You can also see Ring Count, Debug info like Yplus from Shaun Splading's youtube tutorial for slopes. Rings (which have effects too). Its coming together.
  2. You should DL the Sonic The Hedgehog font for a somewhat better logo. While I'm no logo artist, that looks pretty plain and uninspired. (lol look who's talking). I can draw out a concept version for you? (while I'm no logo artist I am a traditional Arteest, somewhat) But on a serious note That could use just some tweaking.

  4. Slopes have been realized. (going up atleast ), Springs and Handles added! I tried layer change but... It failed miserably. Slopes Handles Springs

  6. Progress is good. Basic Handles Complete! Any suggestions for what I should add next? Springs I'm guessing. Then Dash pads. Dash Rings. Water. Then Suggestions.

  10. This looks completely awesome! And I love the concept, the models and everything. If I had a laptop to model or do 2D art on, I'd surely apply to help. Maybe when I get one in a month or so.
  11. I started about yesterday on a new engine for my Sonic fan game and got alot things working! [FIXED]there for some odd reason he stands above the ground sometimes. if possible could you keep this topic open for other little tidbits of help I may need? don't wanna post a new topic every time. So now can anyone help with basic physics. I really want to focus on the DIY but I still need help pic:

  13. I don't want to make too many topics but I need help with this. I know that I should make a text file in which the code should read and edit. My problems with the coding though. I looked through the help, but it only looks into basic reading and writing. What I'm trying to say is that I need help coding it.

  15. Well I'm experiencing problems with these two things. The view stays centered on Sonic when I'd rather have it more to the right or left depending on which way your moving. I was thinking: if player.dir=1 (right) {view_xview[0].x=player.x+100} I'm not sure if how that would work as I've tried something like this and it didn't work. Also for red rings, how would I make them disable after they've been collected. I know how to ADD to the total amount but not how to completely disable them. I can destroy them but if you restart they're back. If you could help that would be nice.

  18. My fan game called sonic dark is in progress. I have a youtube vid and my username is LighttheULTIMATE look that up and you'll find it. Anyways, I wanted to know if this code will work. if vk_space_pressed hsp+=10 or whatever.. Thx in advance. Help will be rewarded
