His colors looked like aqua color rather than blue blue color. If you wanted to play around with different colors, I say, go for it. I like to see him in different colors in rainbow order for fun. He-he.

You got the details right, my friend. If you have any line art that's inked or digitally inked from the photoshop and traditional, I would like to color them. ;D

I agree what everyone said above about the right hand looked like it's nothing there but invisible state. Try adding darker shade to make the glove stands out from the sock area. For the second sprite, he looked like he is ready to go dive in the water as a water tunic without using the bubbles to gets some air in the level zone. Try to match the color from the first sprite and try your best adding the small smirk like from your sketch. x3

Oh my! You have good clean lines on all of the drawings you did, I don't have strong steady hands unless I have a ruler to make nice straight lines and curves. I'm proud of you keep doodling whatever your concept pops up. You should do short comics for color practice and angles. Love the sprites you worked on. n_n Looking forward to see more of your work.
