Sometime in the next few days we'll be switching the SAGExpo server in preparation for the event. This means you may see the site go offline for several hours.

Sonic's Channel on youtube is going to be doing some videos for SAGExpo. His audience is pretty big with over 30,000 subs. He wants to do some videos before the event begins so if you'd like to give him permission to do a video on your game send him a forum PM with:
Game Name
Game Info/Description
Download Link
PNG Logo of your game
The more info you send him on your games the better that way he has something to talk about during the videos.

The video is already out on a number of websites and what not. So is there a way we can upload the new version to the same link? And fast too because the video is already up at TSSZnews and SU.

Being a volunteer doesn't mean you're free from the responsibilities given to you by those in charge.
- By volunteering, He's agreeing to follow rules and expectations set fourth by you (OverbounD) as project lead, that means You are in charge.
You can micro-manage people every step of the way, or you can trust them to get work done correctly on their own - but if a problem arises, it's your responsibility to rectify the situation with your volunteering staff.
(That's why saying things like "I'm sure he'll take care of it" or allowing it to be uploaded in the first place - look poorly on the games, and SAGE staff)
I think folks just want a statement from the man in charge saying "hey, I agree, its no bueno, we're gonna fix it ASAP"Maybe so. I don't have access to Proto Dan's youtube account so I'm limited in what I can do. I guess I have a pretty nonchalant attitude towards things. Everyone thought SAGExpo was dead and buried and I revived it because I didn't want to see it die. TBH I don't even like doing SAGExpo, it's a lot of work for free and I'm even having to sink money into it. I only ever volunteered to do SAGExpo because otherwise it would not exist. So when people tell me it's "my job" to make sure things are done to their standard, I really don't know what to say.
Which is a great reason for other (more talented) Video Producers & Editors (with better hardware) To volunteer next year and raise the bar.

Exactly, SAGExpo is a community event. Anyone can volunteer to make it better. Proto Dan was the ONLY person to volunteer to do anything SAGExpo related so I'm just grateful to him for helping out.

Thats great to hear. My offer still stands to make the new trailer. I've done video editing for 6-7 years now so I actually have an idea as to what I'm doing with it.
SAGExpo is all volunteer work Proto Dan volunteered to do the video so he was given the task. If you are volunteering you can do next SAGExpo's trailer Highwire.

I agree with everyone here. Don't even think about it Dan, delete the trailer as soon as you can. You might as well re-do it, I appreciate your efforts, but this is bad rep for all the content creators and SAGE itself as it makes it feel like a joke. And Overbound, didn't you see the video BEFORE it got released? Did you allow it as it was? A trailer is a huge deal and issues so big should have been noticed and eliminated before the release.
I'm sorry we'll get it fixed.

Hopefully Proto Dan to remove that joke at the end. Dan was kind enough to volunteer do the trailer and I am grateful for him for it. No doubt it was a lot of work as there we many games to go through. Joke's aside people seem quite impressed with the array of games coming to SAGExpo, I know I was.
If you'd like Highwire you can do the next SAGExpo's trailer. It's a community event and everyone is welcome to volunteer.

ok, can someone give me a suggestion of what stuff i should put on my page i'm kinda lost.
Just think of it like a forum post that everyone makes explaining their game and providing a link to download. You can add images and image galleries used the add media button on the page editor.
OMG now Jetpack is gone too!! What is going on??
You don't need access to Jetpack but your page should be up and running now.

You should all have access to your pages now via an email with a user name, password, and place to log-in.
If you did not receive one first check your spam folders then let me know. I processed 30 games so it is likely I made a mistake or two.

That's a real problem for fan games. I have had the same problem in both the Dash engine and AeroGP's engine. It's hard to find that sweet spot where you get crushed without bugs that caused you to get crushed on the edge of things.
