  1. Are you saying you would like to be the third person? Sounds good to me!
  2. @Shadix: Wow, thank you so much! That means so much to me, man. I'm so glad that everything was enjoyably easy to navigate and use. Simplicity was what I tried to focus on with the site, but also maintain a nice, slick presentation. YOU GUYS ARE SO AWESOME. Does this mean you'd want us to do next year, too? Haha I know it keeps getting mentioned but you have no idea how revved up Instant and I are to do next year's show too. I've already been drafting and brainstorming things, even for the site. We can only want to do it, but because it would be so UNORTHODOX given SAGE's history, in the end, it's up to you guys to make it happen. We would want to take on a 3rd person to help with handling scheduling and activities so that every aspect is rock-solid for next year, since it's going to be a big one.
  3. You're welcome everyone!! Instant and I had SO much fun running SAGE this year, even though we were playing tag-team for a while, as usually it was one or the other of us that was at work, but we did our best to make everything work out. I was very happy that all of the guests I contacted were able to make it and were each successful interviews. The only thing I wish that had been different is that I wish there had been more people wanting to do legit SAGEcast shows, so maybe we wouldn't have had to improv so much with the schedule, haha. I wonder who will be hosting next year? Instant and I would love to do it again, but I'm sure there is a waiting list.
  4. Less than 12 hours ago. I've been in the scene since late 1997, but forums were never really my thing. I do remember alt.fan.sonic-hedgehog, though. I've always lurked now and then, mainly being a Sonic fan artist and in being so generally stuck to personal websites, (crap) sites like deviantART, and most recently personal sites again. However, after co-running this years SAGE, my interest in the 16-bit scene has been rekindled, which for me once only consisted of ROM-playing and level-editing, but now I'd like to take that further and actually create a fan-game.
  5. When he was granted permission by an uninformed party. I've always had a bad feeling about Tristan, in general. Looking back, yeahh, we should have suspected he was just trying to boost his ego, and probably also wanted the ever-so-precious "title" so bad simply to spite those here at SFGHQ. Reasons that, neither of which, like I said, were in the best interest of SAGE or SFGHQ, but he failed to understand that, and instead, took everything personally. He went into long, uninteresting tangents regarding the personal issues he has with SFGHQ, (several times) trying to tell Instant and I that we were simply "caving" to the fictional "pressure" we were receiving. It was really funny.
  6. Due to conflict of interest, TSSZ will no longer be considered the official affiliate of SAGE 14. Also, because TSSZ has refused to relinquish the title, we have now designated that any site wishing to report on SAGE, may give themselves the title of Official SAGE News Resource, just for the hell of it. However, please refer to The Sonic Stadium for all future exclusive SAGE reports.
