[Private RP] Itachi vs. Six Paths of Pain
Heinous Creature replied to Heinous Creature's topic in General Discussion
As the Paths scattered to avoid the attack, a volley of flaming Shuriken emerged from various gaps in the foliage to their right, aimed to suppress the Paths who had landed furthest away and prevent their assistance. With the Deva Path so near the forest, and now somewhat isolated, the concealed clone emerged in a flash, Kunai in hand, aiming a killing blow. The previously scattered Crow Clone formed once more near the Asura path, likewise aiming to dispatch the troublesome element as it recovered. -
[Private RP] Itachi vs. Six Paths of Pain
Heinous Creature replied to Heinous Creature's topic in General Discussion
Itachi maintained a quick pace - fast enough to keep away from any short-range techniques the Paths may possess, but at a pace sufficiently slow to allow them to viably keep in pursuit, and gain slightly on him so that they would remain invested in the chase. Hearing the sound of heavy weaponry being fired, the fleeing Itachi whirled on the spot, launching a cluster of Shuriken to intercept incoming missiles. With unnerving accuracy, the Shuriken met their targets and caused several sharp detonations, scattering charred fragments across the grasslands. Unbeknownst to the pursuing Paths, behind them, two Itachi's emerged from the underbrush. One moved to the area in which the Preta Path fell, and swiped the Shuriken left behind. He then retreated back into the forest and disappeared amongst the vegetation. With the Paths focused on pursuing the Doppelganger, the other recently emerged Itachi raced forward, hands fluidly moving to form seals. Upon completion, and whilst still in motion, a large fireball, originating from his mouth, emerged and streaked across the grassland towards the exposed rears of the Paths of Pain. He then took a moment to look ahead and ensure his distances were appropriate. If his timing was correct, the Paths would detect and be forced to avoid the fireball at such a time that some would end up near the edge of the forest where another clone hid in wait. The rear Itachi, after releasing the fireball, seemed to disintegrate into a flock of crows, and fled to the winds. -
You could satisfy the 'post bump' preconception by simply denying this forum the ability to raise your post count. It is actually common practice when forum games are implemented, and something I'd actually advise as it results in a situation where members generally participate out of want to play rather than to bolster their number of posts.

[Private RP] Itachi vs. Six Paths of Pain
Heinous Creature replied to Heinous Creature's topic in General Discussion
Itachi watched the Paths assemble and move into formation. He noted this formation, and paid particular attention to their movements, and how he might best split them apart. His Sharingan detected the motions of the Animal Path and his hands flickered to life immediately, forming a succession of seals. Itachi leaned forward and a vast fireball burst forth. Using the vast conflagration as cover, he fluidly whirled a number of shuriken around his fingers and, at the appropriate time, launched them in a single maneuver to follow the flame. In light of his two-pronged assault, he turned on his heel and dashed away, headed towards a nearby, significant body of water. -
[Private RP] Itachi vs. Six Paths of Pain
Heinous Creature replied to Heinous Creature's topic in General Discussion
The crow collective circled in the air for a brief moment, assessing the arrival of Pain. After a few moments of terse silence, the crows plunged into a head dive, rocketing towards the ground before merging into a tattered humanoid form. Swaying back and forth as he compiled himself amongst a cluster of feathers and caws, Itachi stood perfectly still only seconds later, his gaze meeting Pain's. Apathetic, yet expectant. -

Sonic Generations - Unleashed Project
Heinous Creature replied to MykonosFan's topic in Sonic & SEGA Discussion
... This, and other efforts like it, are the reason I regret purchasing Sonic Generations on Xbox 360, and regret not having a decent computer. -

Flarglerarg.

Likewise.

Apart from the various successive titles in the series, of course. Oh, and that rumoured list, and by extension - all rumours posted by a Mr XY, are fake. On an entirely unrelated, though undoubtedly amusing, note, who on Earth keeps shooting you?

Victory everlasting!

Just to note for the record, I'll be waiting until the end of this module to submit examples of my work (both practice and finalised models) for the purposes of conveinience. This may mean you have to wait a rather substansial amount of time, however.
-
Unfortunately I've found out that those models (The temple and table) were wiped from the system, and I hadn't gotten around to backing those ones up, so they're gone. As far as 3D Modelling software goes, I've only had experience using Autodesk Maya so I can't speak for the quality of the different platforms relative to one another. I doubt I'll be able to lend any serious assistance to the project, but it may the case that I can lend some token assistance and throw some models at you to help you along the way. We'll see.

Sonic Redux Animation Collab! Working Title: TBD
Heinous Creature replied to Clouder's topic in Artists' Showcase
You haven't mentioned it, but I could lend a hand in proofreading your work. Having others to help run through your work is typically good practice and beneficial to the end result. Unless you plan on including an Australian character or Master Chief, (In which case I might be of use in the voice acting department. xP), then I won't be of much use in terms of voice acting, although I could give it a shot if need be. I'm not sufficiently capable at creating animations or music to be even considered for those roles. -
Rumours have been floating around for Sableye to receive an evolution for a while now. At any rate, the lists are identical, the second one giving names to the Pokemon being the major difference. A new Houndoom evo (Although the name could have been a little more inspired, I mean, come on...Houndoomed?) and Heracross pre-evo are cool factors, but when weighed against the sheer volume of horrendous names, and the prospect of having a trash can, a dumpster, and a toilet as Pokemon? No, that just doesn't cut it. I'm also remaining skeptical, and sincerely hope that these lists are false.

'Leaked' Pokemon List for Gen VI Very reminiscent of the previously leaked list posted on SSMB.

I'm currently studying 3D Modelling as a module for my college course, so I may be able to lend some assistance upon completion of said course. I'm not particularly great at it at the moment, all I've created thus far is a lightsaber, a really basic temple*, a goblet, a table* and a fountain. Unfortunately I can't seem to find these models.*

Sonic Dash - Silver Global Challenge Live
Heinous Creature replied to Stritix's topic in Sonic & SEGA Discussion
There is something off about the contortion of his mouth there, but nothing waranting some spectacle over it. As far as the game itself goes...meh. It looks reasonably fun, somewhat like a more aesthetically pleasing version of Temple Run, although I have no interest in getting it.- 29 replies
