Jealousy begins to set in. I'm going out for pizza! BBQ Chicken Pizza!

  2. That's understandable. We would just have to wait and see if SEGA decides whether the Chao garden should be included again or not.
  3. ...We had a Sonic Adventure 3. It's called Sonic '06. *hides under trash bin from hate mail*
  4. Nice to meet you! The GIF's from the Dumb Running Sonic blog. It's full of hilarity. Or in the case of this forum, high-larity! *tomato throwing*
  5. Hi everyone! I'm OHOHO1227, and I've joined as of June 24, 2013. Not much to say except I'm a huge fan of Sonic (like everyone here), with Sonic Colors being my favorite game. I enjoy analyzing far too deeply into stories containing blue hedgehogs and two-tailed foxes, playing platform-style gaming, and eating caramel chews. I'm also a more recent fan of Sonic. While most people became fans around the Classic or Dreamcast era, I became a fan with Colors. Proves that no matter what point in your life you play Sonic, you can still become a part of the community, huh? And I like animation in general, so if you ever wanna think too deeply about children's cartoons just ask me, okay? OKAY.
  6. At this point in time it only stands as a rumor, but I'm definitely waiting for when the facts come out. Honestly, the writing for MLP:FiM isn't necessarily bad, if only cliche ever now and again. Dave Polsky, the supposed writer for "Sonic Boom," has written both good and okay episodes for MLP:FiM, so I think he'll do an pretty good job with the show. Sonic is a generally lighthearted cartoon, so a comedic Sonic cartoon would help to reel in new and old Sonic fans rather than hinder it.
  7. I've played a few Sonic games I was a kid, but I didn't become a fan until Sonic Colors, where I saw the fun gameplay elements mixed with enjoyable dialogue and SPECTACULAR artwork. I'm pretty sure when I saw this photo in the trailer after playing it at a friend's house I was hooked.
  8. I tend to listen to various styles of music. Technically, what I listen to is "pop," though I don't understand why ther's a lot of social stigma with that word. Pop is pretty much most music genres in general... just the ones that get really popular. Is that a bad thing?
  9. OHOHO1227.tumblr.com There's ponies on it though. You have been warned.
  10. I like Modern Sonic as he is now, as of Unleashed to Lost World. The level of detail and textures on the characters are quite phenomenal.
  11. I still think the biggest fridge horror in the series was the implication of Tails' death in Sonic 2. However, I found that concept 600 times creepier after reading this bit of Wild Mass Guessing on TV Tropes (and in no way is this true, might I add, but it still gives me chills): Robotnik steals Tails' soul in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 - Game Gear. If you cheat to get to the last level instead of getting all the Chaos Emeralds, you get the bad ending (Sonic alone, Tails in the sky) EVEN THOUGH Tails appeared in the teleporter. The rescue didn't count for some reason, it seems. Why? Robotnik did something to Tails after capturing him (which is why he captured Tails alone and didn't capture Sonic at the end of Underground Zone Act 3), which did something to him; he Came Back Wrong. I think that Robotnik stole Tails's soul to power some kind of doomsday weapon. After rescuing the comatose Tails, Sonic carries him all the way home, tries to feed him some mushed up baby food, talks to him for a while, tucks him in bed, reads him a bedtime story, and watches over him all night and all day from that point, hoping he'll recover. I remember someone in the fandom creating a comic with the concept of this lore, but I can't seem to remember where it was or how to find it. All I know was that it was heart-wrenching.
  12. I really like Roger Craig Smith's voice acting. It has a lot of tone and excitement to it, at least in my mind. While Drummond does indeed portray Sonic well, I feel Smith does a fantastic job of capturing the Sonic spirit, while also making Sonic sound a little more mature (something I would expect to happen to him after 22 years). Oh, and also because Smith said this in his Sonic voice.
  13. How are the controls on either game? Do the function well enough, or are they rather stiff? I'm considering playing either one for the first time.
