I just turned my PC on for the 2nd time today,and got a "Missing Sysytem32 directory" message,the desktop was all black with only the recycle bin there.Reseted the PC and it's working just fine now.Is this something to worry about?

Sounds like it might've just been a one off start up glitch. It's rare but a slight slip of the HDD's reader arm could cause it.
I'd do a virus scan, just to be sure but if it's working now, I doubt it's a virus. The glitch may have just been a one off or it might be a result of excessive corrupt sectors on it.
The corruption thing tends to happen as a harddrive ages and the process can be sped up if your PC is shut down incorrectly a lot (as in, just...
