Not so fun. I was hoping the upgrade would be seamless, but I made the mistake of not backing up my hard drive before doing so. But hey, how was I supposed to know the upgrade would shit on me? I had to restore my Mac, and I managed to lose all my Logic Express files and my various roms and freeze states. Oh well. Shit happens. It always does one way or another.

In order: Congrats! IT? Nice! I've yet to get certifications for MSFT and Cisco (although I'm debating whether or not to get them or pursue a different path altogether). Right now, I'm currently unemployed. ;_; I'm hoping to get something going with one of the local c-stores or the Alco store that just opened where I'm at. *fingers crossed*

Speaking of which, I wonder if the WiiU port of ME3 gets the shitty ending or the better ending? Bah, what does it matter anyways? I'll never play it. Apparently, the Wii U has a slight problem, as reported by Kotaku: "Nintendo has not figured out how to better keep its Wii Remotes and the new GamePad in perfect directional sync with the TV, requiring frequent player-initiated on-the-fly recalibration." Edit: Actually, ila, TTT2 isn't out yet. It won't come until September (11 for NA, 14 for EU) for PS3 and 360. But it will be out by the time the Wii U launches, so nevermind.

Lowpoints(s): -Zombie Reg. "I LOVE FRENCH FOOD…" o_O Overall: Nintendo had the most interesting show, IMO. But their focus on time and other E3 events really didn't do much to help them. And they lose even more points with the occurrences of faltering and mumbling. Plus, there was a lack of 3rd parties ready to show off their stuff on stage. The 3rd party lineup isn't impressive, since a majority of the titles are already out for other systems. Despite this, they certainly had a better show than MS this year. You came in second place, Nintendo.

Just finished watching the Sony show, as I wasn't quite able to watch it live. What I care about: -PSASBR Looks Good: -The Last of Us -GoW:A -ACIII -FC3 Meh: -Beyond -PS Mobile -PSV -WonderBook Great concept, though. It's interesting, but I'm not convinced to get the Move controllers nor the PS Eye. Fuck it: ...Uh, nothing was actually THAT bad for Sony. I commend them. Highlight(s): -Intro. Best. Fucking. Intro. Ever. -PSASBR gameplay. Low Point(s): -Some games on display during the show felt like they dragged on for me or just weren't interesting. Almost wanted to fall asleep on the spot. Overall Verdict: Best show of the 3 console makers so far, despite some rather uninteresting displays. But of course, Nintendo's performance tomorrow could either outshine both MS and Sony or end up being lacking. I hope for the former.

Ubisoft just finished up. I find myself very interested in Watch Dogs. Everything else? Not so much. :/

Didn't watch the EA briefing (Really, I could care less for EA), but I do like how the new SimCity's turning out. Edit: is on in less than 5 minutes

Here's what I thought of the Media Briefing. All I care about: -Halo 4 -Forza Horizon (It's actually not even Turn 10 developing this, but rather new UK startup Playground Games UNDER T10's supervision) -Smart Glass Eager to see how that turns out. What looks good: -South Park: The Stick of Truth -New (and some pretty late) additions to the dash Might check out NBA later on. I wonder when this dash update's coming out? -Splinter Cell Identity Meh: -Wreckateer -Fable: The Journey -Madden & FIFA -Tomb Raider -RE6 How many zombie games ARE there? Jeez. -Gears of War: Judgement Fuck it: -CoD:BO2 -Just about everything else that wasn't mentioned in the above sections. Highlight(s) of the Xbox Media Briefing: -Joe Montana on stage. Low point(s): -Kinect-whoring -Ending with Call of Duty. -Dubstep in the Forza trailer. There's just too much of it. Overall, it seemed to be better this year than last year. Not as much Kinect whoring, but the game selection could've been a whole lot better.
