  1. Sonic Gemini: the Sonic 2 HD of fangames. Anyway, I do like this new art style. Can't wait to see what this looks like in action.
  2. Really? I did not know that. That explains why the cursor kept going offscreen during that Boo race in Mario Galaxy (That was annoying). Guess I'll be using my new black Wii remote from here on out.
  3. Whoa. That is awesomely trippy. How about Dream Garden Zone?
  4. I had an epic Christmas. -Vizio 32' widescreen 1080i HDTV (this took several hours to set up, but was well worth it) -New Super Mario Bros. Wii -Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days -Legend of the Seeker: The Complete First Season (with deleted scenes! I never got to watch the entire season, so this is going to be extremely awesome.) -Jeff Dunham's Very Special Christmas Special -and a Sonic & Knuckles (not the Genesis game) T-shirt! Gave my brother Sonic Rush, Phantom Hourglass, and a Wii Bakugan game. He's currently addicted to the Bakugan game as I type this.
  5. A little above and to the right of the Patapon fight, you can see Flicky with her chicks following close behind.
  6. Don't forget the pushable blocks in Sandopolis and Ice Cap (ice blocks) and the capsules in Flying Battery.
  7. In the top-right center of the picture, you can see a neighborhood from The Sims.
  8. Never I thought I'd see this in this picture, but the Green Darwinians from the game Darwinia are standing at the pier in the bottom-left corner.
  9. DW: I'm pretty sure I know what you mean by "chambers" (ex. the consecutive series of spinning spiked balls and U-ramps in Spring Yard, or the tunnel with the poles and the strong current from Labyrinth Zone), but I'm confused as to what you mean by "landmarks." That might be helpful for me as well if you clarified that, as I too am striving toward making great levels.
  10. I am simply amazed! Fantastic sprites, great music selection, neat new Badniks, and one heck of a level layout! Dang, I wish I could make levels as well as you. I absolutely loved those three Badniks, too; the combination of their unique designs and attack patterns is astounding! Did you really make those yourself? Awesome job so far. I can't wait to see how the rest of this game turns out.
  11. Ahahahaha!!! I can't believe that I would hear this song again here of all places. My best friend has this on his iPod, and one time he blasted this very song in his car. It was quite the hilarious moment when we suddenly went from listening to OCRemixes to this! LOL, good times.
  12. I think I know which one. Said certain psycho pseudo-journalist has a bright future in CNN methinks. Well, I just found the most epic theme song for a video game. It's been stuck in my head for days now, and I can't help but laugh every time I hear it. XD
  13. This looks like it has the potential to be an awesome engine. I myself am in the midst of learning C# right now, so this is something I might be interested in. There are a few more things I'd like to know about the engine: - Which kinds of sound/music files does the engine support? - Can Layer 1 support multiple scrolling parallax backgrounds? - Is there a way to limit the palette for games? For example, if I wanted to set the game's palette limit to that of the Sega Genesis, could the engine do that? -How well can this engine handle time-based events? -I see that your engine can produce sensors. Does the engine also have the potential to create sensors and/or hit-boxes for objects and enemies? -Currently, how often has your engine crashed? This engine looks like it'll be great. Can't wait to see this completed.
  14. Happy birthday, Blue Frenzy! Here's wishing you an awesome birthday.
  15. Now we just need to see this guy driving an elaborate vehicle or two.
  16. I saw the thread name and thought it was gonna be about a live-action Kirby movie. I've been disappointed.
  17. Well, if it's the music that's causing your game to lag, it might have something to do with the music's file format. Can GM7 use .OGGs?
  18. Oh wow, it was Cyborg's birthday! Well happy birthday, Not Cyber Rat!
  19. I just discovered it last week while I was hunting down more information on Project Needlemouse. Played Chromatica for a long while; the game told me I was a genius.
  20. WE HAVE A WINNER!!! And I'm really glad you all like this track.
  21. [uPDATE] I Had Some Fun with Audacity Today What do you know! A new song finally made its way into this thread! Today, I decided to take an existing song from a Sega game and create a new track for the Power Sneakers using Audacity. I personally think this little mix is awesome. Tell me what you think about it. Also, DO NOT STEAL THIS TRACK! It is intended for use in my Sonic 4 game only! I don't want to find out that someone took this song and is using it in one of their games. With that out of the way, enjoy! powersneakers.wav
  22. Let's Go Away, Guitar Version - Daytona USA I had no idea this song had a more epic guitar version.
