  1. Let's see if this doesnt end up as Megaman Battle Network/ Shooting Star that killed all the megaman franchise, i dont want or like to see a good concept being abused just for the sake of the money as Megaman did, it looks great just lets hope this time things are going to be different inafune
  2. Kinda reminds me to Ristar, and thats's a good thing man!! maybe a mix between Ristar and Pulseman, you know what could make this game an awesome experience? Mixing Ristar shooting star form maybe for Spark could be a Lighting bolt strike at high speed and kinda make it like Sonic's Boost so you can charge up energy and use it whatever you want in a sec, the electric wire thing from Pulseman, and maybe some stuff from Vectorman as well, i dunno maybe different kind of electric charges and attacks. Also i dunno if is okay with you but can i try to do my personal design of Spark? The design you have is marvelous but i want to try to do my version XDDD also if you like i can make a logo of the game here this is my version of Spark, i liked more the Positive/Negative colors for the gloves and hat i know the colors and design comes from the spark enemy and power up from kirby but since spark looks like a creature made of electricity i thought that those colors maybe look good on him, also i know that looks like a Electabuzz but it looks cool XD

Thanks, i was hoping that final fall looked like the original but im working on modern style gimmnicks or a more modern oriented stage, i dont usually do things that are out of my possibillities its just a game where you can select freely the mode you want to play and the stage you want to play, but instead of doing what Generations does with the original levels doing the same level for modern and classic i thought in modern games in classic style and classic games in modern style kinda of thing, but i will do some levels not all the games will be there, just the more iconic of the fan base like SRB2, ADR, Sonic Phoenix, Sonic Time Attacked and i was thinking to include levels from Sonic Fusion and Retro, aswel for Nexus, but modern fan games that are full or even iconic or they are 3D or the few 2D never pass from a bunch of demos sadly, but since this is just like a hall of fame of sonic fan games more than an official game i think is okay, for Flame Rift i have the modern version of the stage song here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5POr6GzIz0 but sadly i dont know the name for the Metal Hell song and if somebody made a remix of that song so i have 2 options one is that somebody could tell me the song name for Metal Hell or instead i put this song as the level song is not a Labyrinth Zone music just the title the guy put there in fact the real name is Factory Evasion by Cyber Rainforce
  4. Flame Rift Modern, a pic of the parallax to show how things are getting done in this little project called Sonic Recreations. Im still working in the modern engine but i think its getting cool, in fact i didnt do much since the Sonic 06 Engine of Blaze its perfect as it its, but it didnt had game over, lives or score or that stuff so im still porting those stuff from the sonic worlds engine in had but is getting nice, but im still have to work in a better stomp attack and a wall jump. The First demo will have 2 levels for modern mode and 2 levels for classic mode. Modern Mode: -Flame Rift Zone from SRB2 The Mystic Realm mod -Final Fall from Sonic XG Classic Mode: -Cross Station from Sonic Phoenix -South Island from Ashura Dark Regin

Well like the title says, this is or was the demo that was going to be for the SAGE at that time but i never got the time to polish it and its a mess to redo without making it from scratch, but im trying to port it to MMF2 with the modern sonic engine im doing for Sonic Recreations This demo doesnt have the World Map either the hubs, its just the act and that's it, of course it has Apotos instead the green hill stage from the first "demo" i like to call it more like a "conceptual" demo than a demo itself, thou this demo also has its bugs here and there (who im kidding, it has almost the same kind of bugs, but some of them are busted others well i was kinda lazy) Back at that time i was going to include Green Hill Zone act 1, 2 and then Apotos Act 1 and 2, with a short cutscene at the begining, but then things got messy and complicated and then i ended up re-thinking the whole game in a more simplistic way, no cutscenes, no world hubs, no world map or things like Sonic Unleased, back then it was a cool idea but then it got old when i saw that much of the sonic fan games at that moment was trying to do a "2D version" of SU, and mine was exactly like that except for a Humanoid sonic, so re-thinking the direction of what this thing was going to be was the best way for the game, but i hadnt time to work on it since im working on a Yume Nikki fan game and a Bishoujo novel so kinda wanted to wait till i have the right concept for it. Also Happy Mouse happend its the first full game i ever did (full pffft, its just a short game so i dunno if that could count as "full" game) dunno why back at the youtube video or the Gamejolt page of the game i didnt recived a single comment of if it is good or bad, the only feedback so far of the game was here in my Happymouse topic. Anyway, it was lying around my HDD and i thought "why not, since i just posted one half assed demo why dont post the other one" so dont expect too much, its kinda the same thing but better looking and without the unnessesary hubs and world map, ahh for the record the world map in the first demo was custom made by me, in fact it was the only thing that was from scratch and made by me the other things were ported/copypasted,tweaked. Sorry for repling so late, i could love to see a gameplay of my game, is strange thou because i didnt saw a review or even a comment of this game back at gamejolt or in any other page related to suicidemouse.avi or .exe, also i see that 34 people played / downloaded the game in the gamejolt page but no reply or comment
  8. well you are right, but in The Mystic Realm mod had clear skies as crazy as it may sound XDDD and the lava doesn't fit with the tiles because is in Mode 7 and im too lazy to put the lava in the mock up, but i will do some actual screenies with all those "cool" stuff like magma that erupts from the floor and geisers that are actually like the springs but its a geiser and its cool XDDDD

That Level design and actually the level itself kick so much ass man!, but with that much color the people will actually see the different paths? maybe is because its an image not an actual gameplay but that's my opinion. Hey here is a mock up of how will look Flame Rift from The Mystical realm from SRB2 in Sonic Recreations, its missing the parallax because im still working on it, but it will have lava in mode 7 to look more 3D-ish, im working more in this tilesets because im planing on release a demo with Flame Rift and Cross Station classic, this is the modern version of Flame Rift
  10. hi, i dunno where to put this up, so i think it goes better here, im making a small fangame called Sonic Recreations, is like Generations only this isnt based in official stages, but in fangames stages, like Sonic Time Attacked, Sonic XG, Sonic Robo Blast 2, and Sonic Phoenix, now im doing the Flame Rift Zone modern , Metal Hell Modern , Cross Station Classic tilesets, and i was as well trying to find music for them, but i cant get to get the right music for Cross Station Classic and Metal Hell Modern, since no body remixed metal hell and cross station uses 2 different songs, the question is, is there a remix of Metal Hell from time attacked? or even the Midi file of it? and what song should i use for Cross Station? if is okay please post here the songs

Look here is what im talking about those are half way vectorized and done, but i think i will do a second version based in the Sonic 3 artwork like the team of Sonic 2 HD Alpha did with the sonic 2 sprites Idle Sonic 3 sprite Super Sonic Sonic 3 sprite in a mock-up pic of Doomsday Zone (yes with the Blitzsonic hud) and this was the first HD sprite i did, but it doesnt came out as wonderfull as i wanted since i love this mecha sonic and also a pic i did for Sonic Generations kinda like that pic with Sonic and Knuckles clashing fists with robotnick and tails in the back, only that this is more like sonic-sonic pic sorry for the huge size of the pics everybody that's all i have and i at work and aslo im too lazy to go to tinypic and upload them

  16. Hi there, im working in some HD animations and this was i did last time: a Metal Sonic HD idle pose, it was made in Anime Studio, sketched in SAI so its all custom, vectorized and finished in Photoshop with effects and stuff to give the chrome effect in metal.

  18. you still have the old demo? wow that's really neat man, thanks! yeah is still kicking, slowly but kicking at least I m always there, just not that often XDD, thanks man yeah and there are more things that got improved, i will try to update here all the new stuff i have thanks there man, yeah it was hard to got it right but im glad of how it went on Here, this are the launcher bot, yeah its more like the one in Unleashed but its less detailed more oldschooler, and this other two are Proto-Sonic and the Robofisher, Robofisher shoots energy nets that full stops sonic or aleast slow him down to give the chance to another enemy to attack, and Proto-Sonic its an unfinished form of the first Silver Sonic, if you see Silver Sonic in sonic 2 its more complete just he doesnt have color so that's why its called Silver Sonic, here its Proto because you can look the circuits and stuff and parts that arent finished yet. Also i have a video that shows how Act 2 and Act 3 of apotos will look also the different musics that i was mixing:

This are the looks of what Green Hill will finally will look on Sonic Gijinka, they arent 100% final so keep in mind that could change with the time, aslo i will get rid of Worldmaps and Towns in gijinka since i have problems with the pause object, as well as i think they are kinda useless for what im doing, if it is a Sonic 1 in beta mode with levels of Unleashed i think making it too unleashed-ish and less Sonic 1 its kinda stupid, so i will keep the sonic 1 layout of Zone, Act 1, Act 2, Act3, Zone, etc

Hi there again here with some stuff of Sonic 4 Re-genesis it isnt a big deal but im pretty proud of what im made some far Edited Titlescreen not 100% like the real Sonic 4 but its something Proper Background in the works, i need to do the second parallax Skidding sprite, its not exactly as the original animation but its something i guess Hurt sprite, yes its the same as the game of LH i just change it more to fit the sonic 4 style Well that's all folks, now i will return to work on this little one and Gijinka

Im here after a long time with some Sonic Gijinka sprites, i updated the walking, falling, spindash and running ones, i remember that one of you guys told me that the wheel effect on a humanoid sonic isnt that cool as the hedgehog one, so i worked to get a similar one but with kinda blurred legs.

I think i like both but more the first one, for this reasons: -The mountains on the back look more natural in the first one, giving that nature feeling to the whole BG -The second one has this woods in the middle that are more organized and better executed than the first ones, aslo the addition of little mountains/hills gives that depth sensation -While is good that in the second one is added those buildings/mountains between the woods part and the green with flowers part, it seems ratter extructured to be something in the wilderness, the first one gives that wild nature sensation because the rocks in the front and the back giving that rocky plains sensation with those flowers that are more colorul and cheerful -Those mountains in the second one are pretty impresive but i think IMO that it looks a little to mario-ish i dunno its only my opinion, more that those clouds gives more a Paper Mario look to it (which is cool but im kinda think the real-like clouds style fits more for a Sonic based game) I think it could look cool if you combine somethings from the first one into the second one and add some little things and it could look even more nicer than it is already, but its just my opinon XDD

Some guys were complaning about how Annon run animation is, some says that its a little stiff and stuff, and well most of the complains are about the PoP moves, and the "mindless" beat em up gameplay, thou i think is pretty cool the game as it is, i mean is a TRON game you cant expect something more of it unless the program goes into real life of course XDD, im a huge fan of TRON adn yeah the movie is pretty kickass looking and all, yeah the game could use some work around the corners but i think its pretty neat as it is.
