Here's a screenshot of my desktop: Clean and simple... but perhaps a bit dull.

A while back there was a new version of the game released, entitled "Sonic Before the Sequel: Aftermath". http://sonicunited.org/2013/02/08/sonic-before-the-sequel-aftermath/ It plays quite differently compared to the other builds.

That's really good. The effects on him are great. I'm certainly looking forward to seeing this project progress.

It's a shame it turned out the way it did. I'm glad I didn't pick it up.

I'm feeling pretty good at the moment. I'm quite excited about the first tournament starting shortly.

As with Sonic CD, I assume there will be hidden goodies. Possibly unlockable characters in Sonic 1?

The tournaments will consist of online matches, time trials, ring attacks, score attacks, speed runs, etc. Generally along those lines.

Welcome to Sonic Redux. There's a few upcoming events, including gaming tournaments. The users here are pretty friendly. I'm sure you'll fit in great. There's no reason to feel like a burden

An awards system would be nice, but Invision Power doesn't support it. There's no official addon. 3rd party plugins break with each major IP. Board update. They eventually become unsupported, damaging the system. As for member titles; once a member reaches 50 posts, they can freely change their title to what they wish. Although perhaps you mean member group titles? If so, then there's a few plans for more user groups for specific Sonic Redux based projects. Regardless, thanks for the suggestions. The first round begins with ranking the main console Sonic the Hedgehog titles. The point of this forum game is to determine which main console title is the most favoured by the Sonic United users. Every round starts off with all titles receiving 10pts. You are given one positive point and one negative point with each post you make. Once a title reaches 0pts, that title is eliminated. You cannot double post. You also can only vote twice per hour at maximum to prevent spam. The new 3DS Pokemon game looks pretty good. I'll put it on my "list of video games to buy this year."

It looks like I'll be able to try this game out within a few weeks. I look forward to it.

Those remixes are really well made. Final Rush is my favourite out of the lot.

Sorry for the late response. We are looking into it. The problem with game/roleplaying sections is that they often become rather spammy. Although I think it could be a great addition with a solid set of rules. We will update this thread once a decision has been made. Thanks for the suggestion.

This is hidden message in Sonic CD. You can only access it by entering the correct key sequences. I translated it the other month and it says "Fun is infinite. SEGA Enterprises. Majin." Majin is a Japanese term. It's basically another word for devil/evil entity. My guess is that it's a practical joke by one of the developers.

When I heard that the game is an endless runner and will be in 3D, this came to mind: I imagine us getting something similar to this.

I'm in the same situation. I unfortunately dropped my iPod Touch last year and it doesn't work any more. I wonder if this game will have multiple playable characters, similar to Sonic Jump?
