Sonic Fan Games Direct April 2023 Announcement & Guidelines

We are glad to announce our first mini event; Sonic Fan Games Direct. This will be an article and video presentation featured across our site and social media for aspiring game developers and modders. Your project will receive its own spotlight.

Fan games, indie titles, frameworks, along with mods are all welcome. The article will feature screenshots and a description of your choosing, with any links you wish to provide back to your site and social media. The video presentation will feature up to 2 minutes of footage of each project with the description you provide at the bottom of your footage. You do not need to provide a link to a playable build unless you wish to do so, as this is a presentation only.

How to submit your project:

You can submit your project by sending an email to [email protected] with “SFGD Submission” in the subject title.

Your submission will require the following:

• At least one screenshot of your project, otherwise we will take a screenshot of your footage.
• A description of your project.
• Between 1-2 minutes of footage, preferably in MP4 format.
• Include at least one link to your project, your website, or social media.
• You can include as many links as you wish.
• Submit your project by March 28th 2023, 11:59 PM PDT.
• The specific date for the presentation taking place in April 2023 will be announced soon.
