This notice is about the technical parts of the merge: The vB import process was relatively smooth and pretty much everything got imported - except for buddy/ignore lists. Posts, members, even warnings and custom fields are all in place. However, the import ignores some set limits in the forum config. For example, if you had more PMs than the PM limit, you will have an overflow in your inbox. It'll work perfectly, but you'll be unable to receive new PMs. Clear out your inbox if this is the case. If you don't want to lose your PMs, vB fortunately has a function to export everything to XML/CSV/TXT. If some of you want to get a package with all of your PMs, we can link the old board so you can get that stuff out. IP.B has no such function, though (I think? Check it out just in case). Lastly, an important action to take is to renew your password. Since the board lets you log in with your previous password, we can assume that the board checks the hash with the vB3 method. So, in order to update your password to use the IP.B hash, you should change it. "Changing" it to the same password as before should work, as the goal is simply to regenerate a new hashed version using the new methods. Or better yet use some new password, it's always good to add some variety. Any other notices regarding the import process will be posted here. As for questions or problems about the merge, post here and we'll see what can be done. I think some accounts might have fallen into a void... Oh, and as for themes - working on it.
