SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS Receives a 9/10 From IGN

The embargo for SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS has been lifted. Reviews have started being released from major publications, including IGN. Surprisingly, IGN has given SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS a 9/10 score, which places SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS as the second highest rated 3D Sonic game, just behind Sonic Adventure 2‘s 9.4/10 score. This certainly bodes well for the franchise’s future, as SEGA has been paying close attention to critic scores which previously had a large impact on the franchise in the 2010s.
