IGN recently streamed gameplay showcasing the Sonic the Hedgehog level pack in Lego Dimensions. It was later uploaded to YouTube by user BlueParadox, and is currently available to watch.

Following this, several sites, including Amazon and Toys R Us, started listing the LEGO pack for sale, at a listing price of $29.99. The sites also list that the pack is set to release on November 18, 2016. You can preorder it now, here.
