Slope problems.

Well, I know some of you people are having trouble with my game trying to jump while running, is there a better way to detect slopes so the character will be bale to stay to the ground while running and be able to jump? I used Rage's Static Engine and that engine had the same problem. If there's another how-to for TGF, please let me know, it would be really helpful.

First, make sure Sonic sticks to the slope good if he's not jumping and a specific detector positioned maybe 30-40 pixels below Sonic overlaps an obstacle. Then take a look at your jumping events. If there's a condition that you wouldn't mind taking out, then go ahead. I'd recommend though using a special detector positioned a bit below the bottom detector that checks if you can jump or not.
