  1. The second condition is basically undoing what you do in the first condition.

Your first condition correctly adds the 120th part of the total every frame, but your second condition sets DisplayedScore (the value you're adding to) to TotalScore right away, since we assume that DisplayedScore is less than TotalScore. Open the debugger and see how the value behaves. At least this is what I'm seeing here.

  2. I've previously discussed the same matter with Jeff and he said the same thing, so don't worry - there's an easy way to get this done.

Go to the clickteam forums and create yourself an account. Then, in the profile settings you will find a 'My Product Serial Codes' or something field. Add your serial code to this. If done correctly, you'll get a spiffy MMF2 icon under your name.

Once you do this, you have access to the MMF2 owners subforum, where you can redownload the installer anytime you want.

  3. I don't understand your question. Extensions are MFX files, and they may or not come in zip files - that's irrelevant.

What does differ is their origin: Some extensions are freely distributable because the authors prefer it that way. Other extensions are part of the Bonus Packs via an agreement with Clickteam - these extensions are ONLY for full versions of MMF2 that are properly registered.

  4. You know spinboxes, right? These are the widgets that have a number on it with two arrows on the side.

When I hold one arrow down, the value starts changing at a slow rate, and when a certain time is reached, it changes even faster. I find absolutely no reward or incentive to keep going from this, though. The widget only gets less and less accurate as speed increases.

To each their own, I guess. I know it's not the same thing here but I couldn't resist. |3

  5. Okay, that was different than usual.

Let me start saying that we do have minors visiting this site most likely, and that kind of content isn't exactly very safe.

I'd like you to drop the predictions that you're going to be getting banned because we only do that when there's blatant rulebreaking, and we're pretty lenient on that. Most of us had previous experiences with DRAMATIC AS HELL Sonic (and others) boards, and we really don't want that to take over this place.

Now, if SSMB staff sent you such a ridiculously offensive message, then I've been giving that place too much credit. What a shitty place.

I've seen your art thread and frankly I think it's cool, especially that Thumbs Up Sonic. Art is not measured objectively like how you decide who wins a Scrabble game where the player with the highest points wins. It's subjective, and as such doesn't have a clear way to define. Therefore, first of all, STOP comparing yourself to other artists. That 14 year old might just be more dedicated to drawing. Hell, my little brother draws a lot better than me.

The world of artists (especially DevianTART) is a mishmash of several kinds of people. There are those who just draw for fun, the professionals that work on projects, and those who just like to feel superior to others by resorting to insults. Better to ignore them. I see you've been doing that by blocking all kinds of comments in your page already.

To improve on your art, I can only tell you to keep doing it. Whenever you're bored, doodle something. And just stop comparing your works to other people's. Keep drawing and uploading your art in your thread, we're always open to seeing some new stuff.

Lastly, welcome to SFGHQ/United. We're not your typical SANIC FANNNNNNNNNNS forum. In fact most of us already hate Sonic at this point.

  6. Sawano's making the music? AWESOME. (Mitsuda's work on Xenoblade was amazing as well, though)

I'm hype for XenobladeX ChroniclesXX X:EDITION and the new Zelda. As for the rest, it's alright. Oh, and Bayo 1 included in the Bayo 2 disc. Sounds nice, but the box art should really fix that indicator, it gives a "Featuring Dante from the Devil May Cry Series" vibe.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this E3. Microsoft showed us they did make a GAMES console after all. Ubisoft had interesting things here and there, but EA was a snorefest full of le epic memes xD - they get the 'most uninteresting' award this time.

They used "Don't taze me, bro". Goddammit.

  7. Sony's done with theirs. First hour was interesting. When Yoshida said Bloodborne I swear I heard Blood Porn.

Second hour was meh, especially in the TV and COMICS and MOVIES sector. *sigh*

Playstation TV for $99. Basically a black Vita TV with added PS Now (read: PS3/4 streaming) support. For me, this means being able to play P4:G, Tales of Hearts R and Muramasa on the big screen with a controller (instead of tiny tiny buttons) with the added benefit of not needing to use JP PSN tricks in order to get the Muramasa DLC episodes. Sounds interesting. I've been waiting on the specifications of the HDMI mod for the original Vita, though. If that comes out before, then regular Vita would be the way to go.
