    Um, So how do I say this.

     

    Hi, I'm new here. And I just wanted to show off a Game project I'm working on, I'm trying to make it as an Indie game to HOPEFULLY sell if luck goes my way with it.

     

    Its a Beat em Up platformer, The sprites are only placeholders for now. There is one full stage layout completed and one test stage. So I cannot show a full demo as of yet as I don't believe it is how you say "Up to snuff" So yeah. Please enjoy. I have attached the Title screen for the game and one Screenshot.

    The one game I might say WOMBO COMBO and mean it with "joy". Guess I should start putting money in my Steam account for once.

I've seen this one Let's Play from this Assassin HeatBeat guy.... It work's really well for what it is and it's something like....like....like $63.55

  4. So it's been a month since the last update :/ Welp, so many updates were made....I think....I can't remember what I've done since sadly. But anyways, who cares about the past? I do, cause I need somethings from the past, but anyways, for real this time, it's time to talk about updates.

    -Balloons were added

    -Water was added (along with actual water physics)

    -Fire (not in screenshots) was added

    -Sonic The Hedgehog (2006) slide kick was added/Slide was modified

    -Tails was added

    -Tails throws actual bombs as apposed to dummy ring bombs

    Why thank yo-WHOOP SMASH GOTTA GO! So, it's been a while...err recently my main laptop's charger broke and I guess that would be a reason for why for a lack of progress...but it's not. I have a crappy notebook, netbook, whatever with Game Maker and I was able to save a backup on DeviantArt's Sta.sh, yay. So lately I've been working on Thunder....by moving it to a new engine. At this point of time, Sonic has been partially added along with most of the added code from Thunder and so far this is going far better.   6. YO! I'm still here, and just remembered that there's an edit functions :P Anyways, I have worked on the game a buttload, excluding level development, like view size and controls and main menu and such....Oh yeha, screenshots :P

    I did it :D I finally did it! Still have no idea what caused my problems of having thisthat_bg_is_huge__by_assassin_heatbeat-d7

    BUT WHO CARES! I FIXED IT! NAO IT'S PRETTY :3

    Also a couple things were added or changed like

    New Animations (Waiting, Look up, better Superpeel out, Air dash animation, Breath animation)
    3D Water Parallax
    Super Sound
    60fps
    Better homing attack code
    Balloons
    Rails
    Monitors that change their sprite depending on if they're touching the ground or not.
    Homing on monitors
    Wall jump

     

    Now I'm off, to finish this level! (I lied)

  8. I was disappointed your game wasn't at SAGE Heat. Why u do dis XD

    Probably cause I was moving and unpacking, and shopping, the usual crap you don't expect me to do, wait what? >.>

    Anyways, the game is getting a sprite overhaul, by which I mean inside the game, I'm rearranging and adding sprites for most stuff, like the character and levels. This also means I'm going to take alot of my time just working on just characters and remodeling the levels cause of sprite changes, but it'll all be worth it :3 Also turns out you can port Game Maker: Studio games to PS3, PSV and PS4.....not that it means anything in this case....

    Moving on from that Unleashed based thing, I'm still working on that Paralax thing (I posted something in Fan Game assistance cause I have no idea what's going on in engine and most of those I still have contact with don't have any idea either.) But as of now, putting out ideas and also...if you all approve of this mockup and I make it into Thunder, would you like


    Ranking systems like the modern games and the character appearing even  when they've walked off screen or Rush style like before.

  10. Back in the Fan Game Assistance page, I forgot the song and stopped giving a crap :/ Anyways, anyone here remember Damizean's Hydrocity Style 3D Water Example (http://goo.gl/miuUUd)?     After that thing I attempted to import it into Sonic Thunder (an Engine like this http://goo.gl/PqRb7u mixed with water from this http://goo.gl/BAbmGF) and I got this result that_bg_is_huge__by_assassin_heatbeat-d7The background is HUGE!

    I have no idea what caused it. .-. Realizing that I signed up to a community of losers with no life and that I am one with in most ways Fan Game makers that some have some experience with Game Maker, why not you all help meh :D. You can either import the 3D water to either the engines I've linked to or explain what I've done wrong or call me a "lazy faggot who can't do anything right with his life and should die." Wouldn't be the first time.
