That anniversairy pic background is terrible compared to some of the stuff I can do now... It's all awesome, although Sonic's spines look strange on the picture with Amy sitting on him...

I'll wait for your new version then. I tried taking the code from a shooting engine I found and editing it so it used Sonic's sprites, it obviously didn't work... As for copying Sonic, that was just me being bored, I wanted to see if I could get it follow you for no apparant reason.

Ok, I tried to combine shooting elements with LarkSS's Basic Sonic engine to allow Fang to shoot. Since I'm a n00b to this I f_cked up and I was wondering if someone could fix it for me. GM5 file here At least I tried to do it myself first...

Shenmue was good for a few days but then I realised that the fighting in it is kept to an absolute minimum, only buy it if you like games with cut scenes after cut scenes after cut scenes and little actaul gameplay.

Wow, that is the sex. Its got everything for a basic Sonic game and I am so using it. Thanks alot Lark (yes I know credits and shizz). The only complaint is the parralax thing but it didn't really bother me, I'll find a way to fix it.

Sonic Shuffle is good, but if you don't have friends it gets repetitive. Awesome mini-games though and the board parts are much better than the sluggish Mario Party, it's more tactical as well. If you don't already have it get Jet Set Radio, you won't be dissapointed. Also PSO V2 is basically V1 with different stages, its kinda crap actually, V1 is much better.

Ahh, so using an engine is basically the basic programming done for you? Sweet. I shall get to work right away.

Can you still download GM5 from the official site, if not can someone link me to a download? Also, this may be asking for a bit much but does anyone have like, an old Sonic GM game file so I can see the sort of shizz I would need to program? I've never tried making a Sonic game in GM before, only basic stuff like Pacman and mini-games...

So, like, how do you get more VM?...

I already have GM 6.1 registered but my PC can't play any GM games or test runs for some reason which really p_sses me off. The bar loads then nothing happens... It didn't do this on my old PC when I registered GM though...

I'll see what I can do with it first though, I'll get as much done as possible, hell maybe even finish it. I have soem nice ideas and shizz planned but for now I'll let this topic die (not lcoked >=0). I'll revive it when I have something to show.

I think you just pretty explained what I mean perfectly. Well, a friend of mine is making a Sonic RPG and since hes part of Sonic Cage Dome hes trying to get his game into the new SCD Technical Institute, perhaps if I gave him the file and let him finish it off?
