True, that kid probably doesn't bench 500 lbs.
Looking at that kid, the greater 200 lbs is probably more accurate, as for his build, 500 is completely off base. I currently put up 215 lbs 8 times and I haven't maxed out yet this month, and I'm not the biggest kid in the world by any means. This kid probably does the same or around it. Don't be hatin, nucca.
Leg pressing a G is completley possible. I don't have the hugest legs in the world, I pressed upwards of 400 lbs easily. The Right Tackle on my team pressed in the 800+ range. Laurence Tailer used to stay at the hotel my dad ran back in the day; my dad had to buy more 45 plates for LT specifically for squatting and pressing. In other words, 1000 lbs is possible, but probs not this kid.
First statement true. Kid probs doens't do that. Second statement false. Third statement false. Above mentioned Right Tackle maxed out at 515 lbs last year; he's currently playing DI-AA ball. Another kid I used to work with played on our rival team, over the river. Kid put up 535 lbs and squatted 600+ lbs. Neither of which are "burly veiny steroid freaks".
Bodybuilding != strength training. Two completley different things. These two kids don't have ripped bodies, but they'd probably tear you and your fathers limbs off with ease ;P
