Nice, thanks. I checked online and I seem to be more caught up than I thought I was... I used to love this stuff and hosted all the OSTs on a private server, along with the Japanese releases of Sonic X. Times most certainly have changed.

I have the game rip of Generations, but I know they were coming out with a 2-disc OST. Any news on that? There also were a few leebro remixes that came out a few years ago... Open Your Heart remix and the like I believe... were those ever placed on albums? I used to actually love this stuff but fell off completely and don't know where to begin looking for information. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

You'll quickly find that when you have a grow up, have a full-time job, and try to balance other things out in life to make ends meet... video games become much more enjoyable because of the scarcity of playing them. Case in point... I buy maybe one or two games a year now. MAYBE. I love these games because when I will waste my precious free time on them, I better damn well enjoy them! The other sad thing is that these games aren't even 3D console games on XBox, etc... They can be on my iphone or live arcade remakes. I don't mean to sound like an old prick bashing gamers... I just have watched myself grow up and now appreciate things differently.

Being that we're on a pretty outdated version of vBulletin anyway... could we possibly look into plugins/updates available to make the board a little more friendly without too much hassle? I know it's super-lame... but having the ability to "LIKE" or "+/-" a post seems second-nature in today's socially-driven world. I think that'd be a great thing to have that could tie into the rep system. I mean... I could be completely off my rocker here... but does anyone disagree with that?

There was a point in time before all these compilations on Gamecube and shit that only a very small percentage of people ever played Sonic CD. I was lucky enough to own a Sega CD and had the game. If you didn't have one, you had to resort to an emulator and an ISO... and back in the day, good luck getting a fucking BIOS image or an ISO on a 56k connection. Remember people... broadband internet wasn't the norm in 2000, a full 7 years after this game was made. It's now 18 bloody years old! That's older than half of the members of this board, I'd bet. Side note... I remember when Sonic Adventure first came out... downloading those 1-1.5 MB quicktime videos of the character trailers... it would take HOURSSSSS to get the stupid thing downloaded. Download Managers were all the rage then because connections would drop and I'd scream. Or about about AJ's RealVideo rips of the OVA? Fantastic times.

WTF did you actually own a Sega CD? It used 44.1 kHz for CD digital audio and most of the CD's were mixed-mode written, meaning data and audio were segregated. Game data was loaded into a buffer on-board while the CD played... it loaded more data as it went along. Go occupy your mom's basement and stfu.
