More done. probably going to add a few things if I get the time.

uhuh, bad idea. I had to fix up a model exported from Anim8or. the thing adds WAY to many extra polygons to a mesh. it took two days to fix it all, and in the end it went from 3468 polys to 459 polys. trust me, it's not a good program for modeling.

again, use Wings 3D. you can atleast get started learning proper modelling with it.

Who's Kaze? Don't believe I've heard that name anywhere except on DA.

When a program likes adding vertices in odd places, and when you try to get rid of them they leave holes in the face, I consider that not very intuitive. Sef: he's using Anim8or. that program can't do much of anything like that, to be perfectly honest. it uses a text based mesh edit system for advanced features, something that is rediculously hard to work with. he'd be better off switching programs, because anim8or is not worthwhile for anything serious.

I use the program profusely, because it's one of the most intuitive programs I have ever used. despite the UV map system being a little awkward, it's pretty amazing. sure, I use 3DS Max for finishing touches, extra UV map work, and rendering, but it's just not intuitive for modelling work that requires subdivision and extrusion.

it won't be easy when I'm done with it. finished up the back part, now all that's left is the turrets and cannons.

I've been working on a little project as of late to bring over the famous "Big Core" boss that's been done over a million times by now into 3D. It's half done right now, the back part is completely missing from it ATM, but what do you guys think so far? if this is sucsessful, I might try to do more of the different Cores.

I think by transition he meant "psychotic DBZ energy surge aura bull" type thing to start during the model switch, or something to that extent.

What is there to change on him? he's a pink ball. with red shoes. He's so simplistic that there's nothing to change at all.
