ugh fuck kotaku, I've always stuck with Joystiq for my news, I just want somewhere I can go where the reviews don't blow ass. I'm using PC gamer for my pc reviews, but i still need something with some console flavor. I'm considering looking at 1up.

I actually beat the game in one sitting I genuinely enjoyed it that much. The music might not be the greatest, but I actually liked that most of the tracks incorporated that old school sega drum beat. Gameplay wise, each act of each level is extremely varied from the other acts so you're never running into the same gimmicks often. I really liked the tails combo moves you could do and it felt like a much needed upgrade, I feel it could be handled a little better and some of the tails flying segments were a little annoying. The bosses were actually pretty fun as well. All of this is coming from the guy that fucking HATED episode 1. Is it worth $15? To most people here I'm going to say no. $10, definitely. It's going to be a game where your mileage may vary, so you may want to test the waters first.

Yes I definitely don't weep for the removal of talent trees, as this is a much more fun way to build a class, with the main set of moves and the runes that alter said moves. I've had a lot of fun swapping around runes on my moves for things that can work the bosses into putty.

just had a 6 hour diablo 3 binge today, I think I've officially been inducted into the diablo players club. My wizard is almost done with act 3, I'm having a freaking blast playing the wizard class.

aside from shitty server issues that Blizz has been ironing out, this has been a pretty fun day of Diablo 3.

There's also going to be the ability to make some cash on the side by selling those items you don't want on the real money auction house . I know bliz takes a small cut, but I can see it being quite a useful tool for the people that play hard and the people that want to pimp their characters out with minimal effort.

^ I second the haters go suck on a spoon, don't even bother posting in this thread if it's for hate. I enjoyed demon hunter in the beta, but I'm going to be playing a monk right off the bat they are so much fun, you can alter your autoswing to be a teleport strike! I too have a huge backlog of peeps to be playing with, but I see myself playing this game for a long time, so I'm sure we'll all get some playtime in at some point. EDIT: one of hte major complaints everyone is going to hear is how streamlined and not anything like Diablo 2 this game is. Well I for one enjoy the changes, it still retains gear, it still retains moves that can be altered to a huge degree now. The biggest change that I really enjoy is the focus on the action now, also all loot that drops is yours and yours alone .

I'm usually not a fan of wireless but this mouse comes with a charge base so you can charge while you sleep or something. The newer versions come with a usb cable you can plug it into the computer with and use it wired while it charges too, it's quite nifty. My only complaint about these mouses is the middle click button actually isn't available at all in these mice, instead middle clicking makes the wheel frictionless for fast scrolling. Usually I just bind middle click to one of the side buttons anyways.

You mean loading screens the game? Fuck no, the story was absolute shit, some of the levels were ok, and the music was very unmemorable.

I dunno I thought generations was a solid effort. The fan base is practically split in 2, they're always going to piss off one set of fans with each game. I really don't know what I want out of sonic anymore. I love the genesis games, I LOVED adventure 1 and 2. Heroes I actually enjoyed for what it was, but the series as a whole is just all over the fucking place, it's really hard to yank it back and hit a stride. I feel like sega is going to continue to "reboot" and "redefine" the franchise with each game and it's always going to piss someone off.

if you guys get asked to input something after logging in, they send you an e-mail with a passcode to enter into that screen, took me a whole day to figure that one out.

I officially can't log in, it asks me to input something after logging in with my credentials and then gives me error 651 or something.
