I'm probably going to put one on layaway and slowly pour cash into it, I decided to keep my dsi XL. By the time I finish paying off the 3ds there should be some actual games out on the market.

I like his feed the animals mix tape way better, but All day is still a solid cd. Has anyone checked out the new tron legacy remix album? Very solid remixes by some big names.

Haha yea, just beat the dissidia 2 story, now I move on to the original story, it actually ties in REALLY well to the original story and focuses completely on the new characters for the most part. Tifa is a god damn beast, you can hit x on a lot of her moves to make her feint, and then you can go back into those moves, her blaze kick if you hit x as she's charging it up, she'll teleport a few spaces in front of her and if you hit square again she'll go right into the move with no charge. Almost all of her moves work like this, she really is a beast, though I'm so terrible at doing the slots on her EX finisher ;_;. EDIT: with assists you can actually combo moves together, and with 2 full assist gauges you could pretty much do a circle square circle or circle circle circle combo, which would just be mean as hell.

Laguna and Yuna are both extremely fun to play as, and they do a good bit of damage very quickly. I think Tifa is up next in the story, this is what I've been waiting for .

As long as you enjoyed the combat in dissidia 1, everyone has been beefed up and balanced to a degree, and there's the assist system which is huge in itself, and adds a whole new layer to the combat

Sadly enough, I've actually LOVED playing through vaan's story, he hits like a truck and all of his moves work really well together, especially with weapon switching going on. Moving on to laguna's story, oh also they've beefed up kefka's face time during the story mode in this game, and he's most definitely a badass all the way through, a good laugh too.

So the game is out now in some channels, and many of us are already playing, so here's a thread for us to swoon over the game like the little girls that we become with shit like this. I already hate lightning and her I don't give a shit attitude in the story, plus I don't find her that fun to play as, perhaps that'll change with more moves unlocked. Tifa on the other hand, I can't wait to get her some moves unlocked as she's going to be a beast! Oh btw, you have the ability to load your save file from the first game and it'll bring over levels, AP gained, accessory slots unlocked, pp catalogue unlocks and some more goodies. You can do a partial load which won't bring in levels or AP so you can still start fresh. I'm digging the overworld map and story mode flow a lot better in this game. More impressions to come soon!

Definitely agree with you on this, as soon as you let it go to tourny level it's just rage on top of more rage, it's stupid watching some of the matches on youtube. I hate a game like this where it pretty much pigeon holes you into certain characters, rather than being good with characters you want to be good with, that has and always will bother me about a game. I like playing characters that I enjoy, not characters that are going to net me a fucking win everytime.

Game is broken, there's some really stupid combos floating around on youtube with characters like sentinel and bionic commando just ripping teams apart in 1 combo string, it's kind of stupid. Also I hate arthur.

They're fresh games, no old pokemon included till you beat them. I actually got white, I hate the legendary on the cover of black, it looks like a furry's wet dream, absolutely stupid looking. Started out with tepig, he will grow into a beast wrestler, his name is hogan :3. Also, the sped up battle systems, the pokemon animations, and a few other neat things come together to make this a really nice experience.

Yea I'm insured, I had the phone shut off by the first 5 minutes of it getting stolen, there's also a lock screen they have to find out what pattern my combination was, so he sure as shit isn't getting into the phone. I'm actually happy that I'm getting an insurance replacement, as this one had a cracked camera and a few scratches on the front. New battery will be awesome as well.

Man, I've got a folder jam packed with old school video game tracks, I've been on a nostalgia kick, and I find the songs I play to pump me the hell up, in a good way. Kirby 64 had a fantastic soundtrack, this is one of my favorite tracks though. FF5's battle at the bridge, very iconic, very excellent. I've started to realize a lot of the SNES final fantasy tracks were hardcore influenced by progressive rock, listening to these songs now I start to wonder what some of these would sound like fully realized with a progressive rock band playing it. (I already know about the black mages btw, excellent stuff) forest temple of Zelda OoT. This music MADE the forest temple, it gave such a fantastic vibe to an already trippy dungeon. This is the kind of music that really sucks you into a video game. Mario RPG music will forever be ingrained in my mind, and for good reason, all of it was Aural pleasure for my ears. What kind of SFGHQer would I be without posting at least 1 sonic track in here, this is one of my favorites, though 3&K had a fantastic soundtrack all the way through. The sound that the sega genesis produces is unique, and for some reason sounded awesome ALL THE TIME.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMY3wOJvigk&feature=related rocket knight adventures...an extremely underrated game, the whole game has a wonderful sountrack, this is just a sample. Ristar also had an all around amazing soundtrack, god I miss solid platformers ;_;. Yoshi's Island 2, one of my all time favorites, I still get that super nostalgia tingly feeling when I hear this song. I'd link more, but I'd just end up linking entire soundtracks to these games, I love too many of these songs. EDIT: Holy shit ri, that C64 track is doing all kinds of wonderful things to my ears. Double edit: dayum I'm going to have to do some looking up of Tim Follin, the man is a god with what he's constrained to. This thread is awesome, keep the links coming guys! I'll post more if wanted as well.

Wrong, Mcdonalds' chicken tastes like they sprayed pickle flavoring on the breading. There's a clear difference in taste between their chicken and chik-fil-a's and I very much prefer chik-fil-a's chicken over mcdonalds'. Though I will admit, their southwestern chicken sandwich is a complete rip off of the chik-fil-a sandwich style, it's quite obvious.
