    Seems like the next PC DLC character will be for charity; Simon from Yogscast. I have no clue who that is. Is this cool, Yogscast fans?

     

    yes it is. the yogscast own. super cool dudes who are doing a month long charity drive. my dream youtube celebrity racer though is the game grumps. also i'd like pewdiepie to get hit in the face with a chainsaw but those are just wonderful fantasies

     

    it's really funny seeing the outrage at simon being added in as dlc though instead of idk rister or some shit. the yogscast are doing this month long livestream charity drive and several video game companies are contributing and this is how sega is and it's going to make them SO much money for the charity.

    It's such a shame that Shantae kickstarter isn't doing great. I mean, it made it's funding goal, but it has 5 days to go and hasn't even hit its first stretch goal yet. They probably will by the time it's over, but there are some awesome stretch goals on there. Of course that doesn't count paypal money

    i think it looks pretty bland and uninspired, but even if it looked amazing i'd still say you probably shouldn't donate just because it's flexible funding. which is always really sketchy because they get to keep the money whether they reach their goal or not.

    In case you guys are interested, Taeshi and Suitcase are running a Kickstarter to turn their webcomic Not Enough Rings into a book. Book is only $25 and the main goal has already been reached. I really enjoy the comic, and it brings up some great moments from the classic Sonic games, so I definitely recommend backing it if you enjoy it.

    now THIS on the other hand is worth putting money towards

    Let me introduce you to discord, the main enemy of the first two episodes of season 2. His goal? To bring the world into absolute, complete, chaos.. And he succeds, not only that, but he manages to corrupt and the main 6 protagonist to their complete oposites. At least in the first of the two episodes, it looks like the world is doomed.

    The plots get surprisingly deep for a cartoon for little girls, and each character is surprisingly well-developed, and relatable.

    By the way, keep in mind this is the NEW my little pony show, not the old one with ridiculously bad stories and characters.

    haha what the fuck is this? it's literally a show for little girls that manbabies think is deep. it's not. it's a a great show for young girls who are otherwise not represented in media but that's all it is.

    The writer being on MLP doesn't mean anything. Writers can write for all types of shows. This guy apparently worked on South Park and Pokemon too, so I don't see it as a big deal that he worked on MLP.

    It's not a big deal. What is a problem is that the big header image at the top is MLP even though the guy wrote for several other things but PONIES

    What the hell does this even mean? How is anything "fun" if not entirely by opinion in the first place? The word "opinion" is completely arbitrary in this sense and is only being used because, like he said, you guys have issues with the game having flaws because you're fanatics. Which isn't even a bad thing -- having flaws or being fanatics. But god damn if you people don't know how to make it look bad.

    He made completely valid points, and I myself made the same ones. The sugar levels in general were great in concept but executed in a way that was mostly just aggravating. The Sugar rarely did anything to make the underwater sections better. The calorie burning fire pillar guys were indeed annoyingly placed for the most part. And, both of these issues were compounded on in the final act when the water wave periodically decided to screw you over (commonly throwing you INTO the fire bastards seemingly by intentional design). If you liked the water stages then of course you won't agree with him. But for the sake of criticism, and everyone who DIDN'T enjoy those sections, we have comments.

    Yep if you don't like those sections that's fine your opinion, and even though I can't understand or agree with your reasons, you at least elaborated, no one else who's had these complaints about the levels has bothered to have an actual conversation and just felt like being difficult (like you ZigZax, thanks for choosing not to read anything I said and blame "my anger"). At least I got one thing from this, I see why Sonic Retro has a 10-20 post system before you're validated for membership. I'm really saddened/done with some of you, thanks a bunch.

    Exactly. The game has plenty of flaws that could be complained about (and are by some).

    The things that are often being complained about such as Duckboy's here are not flaws in the game as much as they are the player.

    haha okay you guys are right this fangame is flawless (as long as the flaws arent the ones you think are flaws of course) its like the half life 2 of fangames all hail ats paragon of fangaming :aparty:

    Okay Duckboy you may think it's fanboy praising, I'm actually countering points that I feel are edging on nit picking and people who just aren't good at playing certain parts of the game but whine about it, your response to my post btw was nothing but simply repeating what you already said without any elaboration, unlike mine. I have noticed a couple of legit criticisms that have been brought up but just not been bothered to post about them, sooo, okay...hope you all enjoy your little caps locks there I guess.

    hey guys i'm okay with legit criticism unless it's legit criticism i don't agree with then it's nitpicking and you just aren't good at the game! l2p!!!!

    hi aizen90 i know you want to marry lake feaperd and have his feaplettes but the game isn't flawless by any stretch and the water stuff is bad just like it's bad in the sonic games and those sugar enemies aren't set up on the stage well and the 3rd sugar stage is a mess. the kirby powerup stuff was also really bad but ive complained about that from the beginning so w/e
