Believe it or not I absolutely hated Colors and the slightest mention of it would make me go off. But overtime I eventually got over my differences with it since I kind of realized that its a decent emulation of the classic games. I still hate the writing, well outside Eggman's funny little snippets. I do forgive the writers though as they are starting to understand the Sonic series a bit more.

Well here's what Smogon said about it.
Mega Kangaskhan, with an effective 213 base attack thanks to Parental Bond, is too powerful for even the bulkiest of OU physical walls. Damage calculations are listed in the thread.
Mega Kangaskhan is nearly impossible to revenge kill outside of fast and powerful Fighting-types. Other Pokemon who outspeed are either OHKOed by a +2 Sucker Punch or too weak to break through its 105/100/100 defenses.
Mega Kangaskhan severely limits teambuilding by forcing teams to run multiple obscure counters and checks.

Mega Kanga has been banned so you can't use it in anything but ubers.

Humm...I guess we'll have to see if they announce that other mega evolutions are coming or just wait until Serebii.net does enough info digging.
To be honest, I hope my boy Feraligatr will get a game breaking Mega form.
That's all I'll ask for. Oh and to make Honchkrow stupidly broken too. I'll be happy once that happens.

What about the competitive scene? I'm still getting a kick out of battling other players online. Never know what to expect unless their teams consist of ubers and legendarys.
Generally I'd assume those who use things in Ubers are noobs. There's some legendary pokemon that are in OU and in lower tiers but those are generally are the trios and extra legendaries (eg.Mew). A power creep did came around and there was a lot more stronger pokemon that made them seem weaker. Not only that but some regular pokemon made the jump to ubers, Blaziken, Garchomp, and Excadrill to name a few.
TL:DR: Ubers is filled with banned stuff and noobs don't know what the hell tiers are even there for.
I finally got my hands on a Mudkip. Does anyone know if Mudkip and Treecko have mega evolutions too?
Not to my knowledge.

Welp its about Christmas time and the only thing I asked for is a 3DS and Pokemans.

I do hope we get Raygo's and Nui's themes since the former is epic and I don't remember the latter.
But finally I'll be able to get better KLK sound mods for TF2. I'm using Don't lose your Way for the regular ubercharge that I ripped off Episode 3 and it has Ryuko yelling off the top of her lungs in that. But it goes pretty well with the Demo's charge so you win some you lose some its all a game to me.

Celebii is ok.
For a legendary its ok. Its not that great as it has 7 weakness, some of them are pretty common and it has average base stats across the board thanks to a power creep. And while it can do a number of roles, it lacks versatility compared to Mew. It does have a couple of things going for it but its nearly outclassed in every role it does.
So yeah its probably gonna stay in the PC box.

I generally use everyone in fighting games most of the time. I have mains and even then I sub everyone else.
It gives me an edge since I'd know movesets, strategies, etc.
I might not have an exact main in this game though cause Snake is gone.

It all makes sense now. Ryuko is Ragna the Bloodedge in an alternate universe.

I don't think Ryuko really thought her plans for revenge through. Because now her father's murderer is standing in front of her and its not Satsuki like she believed. What if she defeats Nui then what? Just let Satsuki do whatever she wants? I do get that she will fight Satsuki and will most likely team up with her but I just don't think Ryuko's character has really thought about things.

When Ryuko was talking to Mako about all this, according to Ryuko the flashback took "months ago" meaning its a more recent memory and it should be accurate because of it. So unless Nui is the world's greatest Satsuki cosplayer or she gave the scissor to Satsuki, thus taking the blame for all the events in such short time I'm not fully convinced she's Issun's murderer. I'm assuming she's really saying it piss off Ryuko.
Another thing I've noticed is that a lot of things mirror the things Ryuko does. The obvious would be how different Satsuki's transformation sequence is to Ryuko's. But more recent is that Nui did the same exact twirling animation that Ryuko did when she revealed her scissor blade. And someone even made the comparison and I didn't bother to look for it. Its interesting to point out.
