Since my monitor asploded(sonic >.>), I can't do updates, SAGE is looking impossible. The only good news is that I have backed up Sonic Renegade and I was checking out the coding on a different computer (unfortunatley GM7 lite), and I think I can solve a bunch of collision errors. This is a fangame I'd love to see myself complete! Which requires a new monitor. I blame Sonic. EDIT: What colour should I turn it into, I'm also going to redo the grass, please don't ask why, I just have too. --------------------------------------- EDIT2:This thread needs some attention, so, BUMP. (I don't want to appear as an attention whore, but what else can I do?) I had a question for all you people, but it appears no one got the edits I was doing so look at my previous post. Oh yes, and before I forget, I have a new KICKASS monitor. I'll have to paste an eggman face on it to keep Sonic away this time, lol. And the question was: As in what colour should I turn the squares into?I've added corkscrews this morning, I'm happy with them. Anyway, time to merge.

What I have now is not even 1/50 of an act. I might have been able to, if I wasn't kicked out of my room so it could be painted an awesome blue. For now I'm making Sonic's sprites. That's 80+ images to make, I need to add more to Sapphire Sea, fix some collision bugs, and my PC is six years old. It doesn't really cooperate most of the time, but I hope to be able to make it, otherwise, I'll make the next SAGE.

I mean I'll be changing it, but not too much. I'm not going to switch to Sonic 1 or 3. I like the way it has appeared, but it was too Nexusy, that's one reason for this graphics update. Soon you'll see what I am doing.

I decided that I'm going to change the graphics to what I've visualized in my mind. They also appear nice on screen too. The current video and the screenshots will still stay in the thread, though outdated greatly.

I will probably not make it, as I have decided to step up my spriting and coding on Sonic Renegade. That will take time, and I don't think I can design a good 2 act zone, finish making/editing Sonic's sprite, and re-design the first zone. The first zone is Sapphire Sea Zone but it looks to close to Sonic Nexus. It was part of my inspiration. I loved Sonic Nexus sooooo much, I tried to take the mac version to school and lie to the teacher saying it was a word pad tool, installed onto my flash drive. However, it didn't run. D: I have plans for my fangame, changing the graphics is first on my list. Also, I thought I had until the 8th, when I re-read this thread, I realized that I had only 9 days, NOT sixteen days. I thought I could do it, but maybe not.

I've read the 16 episodes up so far, and they're amazing!

Thanks. q: I have a really good ideas for tilesets, which hopefully won't remind anyone of any fangame. This is inspired BY Nexus, Sonic classics, and other fangames. So, yeah, this tileset you're seeing isn't completely done, same as the Background. Actually, yesterday I got GM8 Pro, now I have GM7 and GM8 Pro, lol. You'd need to see it in action when I get a better video of a small test level with water. Other than that I think I understand what you're saying. Also: IMO? Please tell me what that stands for.

What's up everyone? I'm here with my fangame, Sonic Renegade. It's about time I started a thread for it. I have the story, the zone ideas, some of the badniks that would fit in each zone, and last but not least, GRAPH PAPER. I like the draw each zone out with badniks, and features, rather than add them in afterwards. I will then build each section, and test them out. -STORY- The story is temporarily a secret, as I need to fine tune it. -ZONES- 1. Death Egg (2 Acts) 2. Sapphire Sea (2 Acts) -SCREEN SHOTS- -VIDEOS- Death Egg: Act 1 Test here. -GRAPH PAPER- -DEMOS- A demo is NEARLY ready.
