  1. Bump

I have been pretty busy with collage moving on... I will continue working on both Sonic Whirlwind and Sonic Worlds Level Collab. Whirlwind will be 4 zones with 4 acts each along with 4 playable characters. Any free time after its finished I will build on it adding mini acts and mission modes. Currently I'm doing some scouting for help with the collab while working on it at the same time. If anything I want the collab to see a 2nd release before dropping entirely. I kind of want to move on and work on my indie game next year or so.

    New Boss ...

  3. Let me correct you. It is our engine =)

I didn't even know you were on this site lol. It seems like not too long ago I found you on deviantart!

Well, if you have run out of ring energy (the boost drains quickly so no boosting-to-win, now!) and there's no rings around, you can just blast off with a peelout. The peelout sprites look really nice as well, so there's that too!

I tried it before, my sonic was too over powered with it so I gave peelout to Amy cause she couldn't spindash anyway while making boost work like unleashed for Wii. Try to find the best way to balance it out and make it useful.

  4. Well in the first level there are way too many loops. Old Whirlwind Level design 4 has four loops in the same shot, and that's about one loop too many. I also think there needs to be more flow in the level. Place a shallower slope at the bottoms of all the hills so that it gradually slopes up instead of a stark angle, and maybe add some more half pipes to the level design so that you can ramp up with a rolling attack and get some air. Other than that, you might want to add more background things to the level to give it some life and make it pop.

Noted! Also I normally add detail when the level is finished.
