  1. Fix your favicon, Stritix. >:

  2. I LOVE YOU. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I'VE BEEN TRYING TO SAY. This too. Personally though, I want to see a new approach to the gameplay that breaks as much ground as Unleashed initially did.
  3. I'm playing... uhh... crap, I forgot I don't play games anymore. x__x Well, I guess Sonic Generations counts. I've been helping BandicootG with his Blaze mod after all. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNy_a1PXRM4
  4. I really hope they're not using the Unleashed formula again, it's pretty thin worn for me. C'mon SEGA, don't fall back on tried and true ideas, variety is why I like you better than Nintendo!
  5. So is this an MMO? I don't really get into those, sorry.
  6. I'm not looking for something like Sonic Adventure 3, like a lot of fans are. For one thing, no one is guaranteeing it a success just because the first two titles were liked. I want to see more things tried; when I saw Unleashed for the first time, the speed blew me away. It was really interesting, and now that the concept is worn thin, it's a good time for them to try something else. I don't remember where I said this before, but I really want to see a game that has an acrobatic edge to it. Sonic Unleashed was certainly a spectacle with the high speed action, but Sonic isn't all about speed after all. I want to see a game with as much spectacle as Unleashed, but with more focus on platforming; one of these days, I want a game that plays like the opening of Sonic CD basically. 8D
  7. Sonic After the Sequel is a fangame by FakeLeperd. The game is meant to detail the events after Sonic the Hedgehog 2, leading up to Sonic the Hedgehog 3. The game sees Sonic through new zones, with new sprites, enemies, and even powerups! As of right now, the game itself is finished with development and is awaiting the completion of the OST. Like Sonic Before the Sequel, the soundtrack is a completely original creation, and like SBtS, has a lot of heart being put into it. The artists from last time have returned; Falk, Funk Fiction, Ristar, and KgZ. In addition to making more of a collaboration on their music this time around, we also have new artists for the soundtrack! Those artists are Mr. Lange, DJ Max-E, and Xiao'an Li. Personally, I'm looking forward to the completed soundtrack more than anything. I never ended up finishing SBtS's actual game, but I listen to the soundtrack on a regular basis, and I suspect that's going to be the same case here. The game certainly looks interesting though, especially with those Kirby-inspired powerups. (What is it with Sonic fan-stuff and Kirby) Anyway, feel free to share your opinions!
  8. It's well worth it for the legendary soundtrack alone.
  9. Featuring a fully original soundtrack and new sprites, Sonic Before The Sequel '12 has been released! Sonic Before The Sequel is a fangame by LakeFeperd. The game is designed to explain what happened between Sonic The Hedgehog and Sonic The Hedgehog 2, such as how Tails met Sonic, how the Death Egg was built, etc. The game uses the Sonic Worlds engine, and is very similar in design and gameplay to other Classic Sonic games, with 12 zones and 2 different endings. The ending you achieve depends on your "Time Points," points that reduce as you play through the game. The newest '12 release features a fully new OST and custom sprites. 10. I mainly like Classic Rock and anything in the Electronic field. For Classic Rock, I would say my favorites are The Beatles and Queen. I don't know that's the right genre for The Beatles, but what genre do they fit into, really? >: As for Electronic, I don't have too many specific favorites... besides maybe Falk, KgZ-- pretty much everyone on the BtS/AtS music team. ; Cash-Cash too.
  11. My favorite games in the series have always been a tie between Sonic Adventure and Sonic CD, but if we're going for overall memorability, I would have to hand it to the latter. Sonic Adventure was in the era where 3D gaming was just starting to get off the ground, so it wasn't always the most polished at times. The art and direction for Sonic CD was however, in my eyes, absolutely beautiful at all times. Every Zone Round radiated with color and detail, and seeing how those assets changed as you traveled through time was a joy for me. The music (JP) sounded as good as the art looked, if not better. The compositions were dynamic and very engaging; like the art, it was amazing to hear how it changed to represent your current time zone. For all of the thought and love that went into the game's design, it sticks out for me as the most memorable in the series.

  15. I only ever got into Pokémon Yellow, it was my very first video game and I still love it to death. I'm not hardcore on the series and knowledge and whatnot, so Pikachu is still my favorite Pokémon to date. Come at me.
