Can someone please give me some criticism about the game? I've seen many people saying they don't like this game, but they didn't tell why. What's wrong with it, expect of the outdated graphics?

One of the best 3D Sonic games I've seen in the last few years. Nice graphics and smooth gameplay. I especially like the huge selection of characters and a programmed camera, can't remember any other 3d fan game to feature that. It's always about the player controlling the gamera, which may be frustrating for some people. Can't wait for more updates!

This article was written by a person who shows a complete disinterest in 3D fan games in general and doesn't even attempt to review them properly. I thought you guys can do better than that.

Really love the engine, but I feel like it has the same problem as Sonic Blitz, with 95% of the games being lifeless tech demos which will never see the light of day. I feel like people are hyped for them only because of the graphics. Only Sonic Lost Adventure and Project AXSX look kinda cool.
Sonic GDK has a lot of potential and I hope won’t share the same fate as Sonic Blitz.

I had a description and banner for my game at SAGE 2014 part 1, can I use it for part 2? Also, it seems I have not much progress from the previous version, is that okay? I just wanna see the conclusion for SAGE 2014.

Hello everyone. It's been awhile since I visited SFGHQ, and I'm glad to be back. I'm happy to announce the release of a new version of Sonic The Hedgehog 3D, my longest running project ever. I started it years ago and since then it was improving.
V 0.3 contains new levels, fixes, extra polishing, new music & sounds, updated graphics, new enemies, unlocks, new locations on old levels, intro sequence and many more. The new version was also optimized to work on most systems and it now supports joystick. If you like 3D Sonic fan games, be sure to download and tell me what you think!

No I mean, the camera in the old demo would move as you moved the mouse. It doesn't in this demo. Can it be fixed?
Thanks for the other responses though. You should probably default the crouch button as CTRL as its closer to the Shift key and would be a lot easier to use.
That's strange, the camera works the same way as in old demo.

Well, do you have access to the source code? How exactly are you editing the engine?
Yes, I have. But most of the time I edit game with con language. CON is an internal language of eduke 32.

But really, it's very difficult to change jump variable in this game. It will cause many bugs

Right, suggestions:
1) Sonic's jump is pathetic. Seriously. Can we get some more height on that thing?
2) Why doesn't the mouse aiming work?
3) Why can Sonic only spin-attack in the air? Why can't he charge and roll on the ground?
4) Why can't I change the spin-attack key in the options? It isn't listed at all.
5) You should seriously default the jump button to the space bar. The 'J' key is really uncomfortable to use if you are using WASD or the arrow keys to move.
6) When I select keyboard only controls, can't you have the camera default behind Sonic and follow him when he turns? It's a pain in the arse to move the camera seperately with the arrow keys on the num-pad.
7) When Sonic lands in the water, he can barely jump. You should sort that out.

The video sure is great, but i have the same problems as Hyper Emerson.

I like the physics, but models still looks dump. Especially badniks and goal ring.

I guess you talking about old demo. Don't worry, many things (and grammar) already improved and fixed =)
