Now then, you've implied that a discussion regarding this matter is something which should be happening, so instead of spending your time on my page complaining, how about contributing to the actual discussion of this issue I've tried to kick-start, so that this may actually be resolved.

All this demonstrates is that the staff are not a cohesive unit, and that the decision-making process is faulty. Is there a staff member who disagrees with something? Hell, let's just ignore him and leave him out of the decision-making process.

How is this any more justifiable?

And if you were worried about staff reputation, perhaps ignoring one of your own, making a decision without informing relevant staff members, and then undermining their attempts to achieve a legitimate resolution might NOT have been the wisest course of action.

I don't see the point of shifting the discussion to a staff forum when it was already brought up, and possible to pull off in the thread itself. The members may not need to watch us make decisions, but as I said, we don't need to keep our discussions secret for the sake of remaining secretive. I state again: It would have been more efficient to have the discussion there, where it was.

I'm aware that you endeavored to provide reasoning for locking the topic. However, your overall methodology and conduct was faulty. Discussing it there would have been far more efficient. The issue had already been brought up there, and the topic would only have allowed staff members to post, so there wouldn't have been interference. There's no need to maintain secrecy for the sake of being secretive, especially when it defies the more efficient option.

The decision itself concerns that topic anyway, the issue was raised in that topic, only the staff can post in that topic, so there isn't really much of an issue resolving it there. Also, and while I know you were joking with the whole "I win!", someone did complain to me, so my posting there also helped abolish the idea that you were going for the win.

Fate does prefer taking people from behind.
