SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS is now available for all modern platforms. To celebrate the release, SEGA has posted a new CG trailer. In addition, SEGA sent out a press releasing celebrating the release date which can be found below with full pricing information.

Past foes return in this ultimate collection featuring three hedgehogs in two epic adventures. Join Sonic and Shadow as they use their powers to defeat their greatest enemies.

Today, SEGA® launched SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS, the definitive blend of Shadow, Classic Sonic, and Modern Sonic gameplay. SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS introduces a brand-new Shadow story campaign featuring the new Doom Powers, as well as a complete remaster of the original Sonic Generations™ for the latest console era. 

To celebrate the launch, SEGA has released a new trailer for SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS here, showcasing action-packed CG animation of Sonic and Shadow facing their respective foes and clips from the game giving a glimpse of each adventure’s overarching stories.

Shadow Generations brings the return of Shadow’s nemesis, Black Doom, who threatens to take over the world once again. Fans can play as Shadow and dive into his dark past to unlock his inner powers, explore his backstory, and confront familiar foes to save the world.

The fully remastered version of Sonic Generations combines nostalgia from the iconic 2D era of Sonic with the blistering excitement of modern 3D Sonic gameplay. The story centers around Sonic and friends as their universe is thrown into chaos when a new threat appears, taking them on a journey through time and dimensions. Players can experience this adventure again with upgraded visuals, new challenges, and more bonus content!
