Drop Dash Has Been Added to Classic Sonic’s Abilities in SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS

Sonic Team’s official Japan Twitter account has revealed the Drop Dash has been added to Classic Sonic’s abilities in the upcoming Sonic Generations remaster SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS. It is unknown if there are any further changes. 2017’s Sonic Mania introduced the Drop Dash, which has been a main-stay in the franchise since.

SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS is set to be released October 25, 2024 for Sony PlayStation 5, Sony PlayStation 4, Microsoft Xbox Series X, Microsoft Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC with prices starting at $49.99.
