SEGA and Creative Assembly are working on a new multiplayer shooter Hyenas. You play in teams of three as you infiltrate ships full of loot and attempt heists with corporations. The latest character Hero-Ki is a Sonic cosplayer and a minor celebrity back on Earth thanks to his cosplay and charity work, as detailed by SEGA.

SEGA teases a new character in their upcoming shooter.

Hyenas has been in development for four years. The multiplayer shooter received its first teaser last spring with a mysterious screenshot. Creative Assembly is primarily known for their work with the Total War and Alien franchises. Creative Assembly have proven to be innovative developers with Alien: Isolation‘s critical and commercial success. Hopefully Creative Assembly can find the same success with Hyenas and be innovators with this new attempt at creating a multiplayer shooter.

Hyenas is set to be released for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and last-gen consoles. There is currently no release date.
