Design documents for Sonic Colors: Ultimate have been revealed. The design documents primarily focus on updating the UI/UX. The design documents include an early version of the options satellite and reveal the remaster released in 2021 planned to feature a similar control scheme to other boost titles before scrapping this concept. The design documents also mention “Ghost Races” and a “Really Easy Difficulty” mode which were both scrapped.
