It has been revealed SEGA will be participating at E3 2021. The event revealed participating companies with SEGA listed, along with the official SEGA website. While there are currently no details on what SEGA will be showcasing at E3 2021, Sonic’s 30th anniversary is coming up and SEGA has revealed there will be multiple Sonic games released this year. It’s likely we’ll see the Sonic series at the event.
Sonic Colors Ultimate was recently leaked for current consoles. Remakes of both Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 were also supposedly in development as recent as 2017, according to the Sonic Forces script leakers. These are just rumors. There has been no official announcement from SEGA regarding the next Sonic game.
