It's a feature Read: http://sonicunited.org/forums/index.php?/topic/7702-feedback-bug-findings/?p=163577 The buttons shouldn't display on the desktop forums anymore, but I guess your iPad app is static in that regard and shows the controls to do these things even if the features are disabled.
