This is what I meant. The 2 seems to be made out of random clusters of pixels, instead of looking like a resized 2, as I assume it was meant to resemble. To the right I did an edit, hope it isn't considered rude on this forum, adjusting the 2 to use only 3-per-3 pixels.

Oh, I see! Cheers! Now I can see it, I can't unsee it…

There, I've edited it on my computer now. It was the font "MEGA MAN", in size 32, so it's probably something to do with the way the font was assembled, rather than the way I drew it. I just didn't notice.

Looking pretty good so far, never noticed that lower spike though, now it can't be unseen lol I think what happened was that you've made his 2nd spike a little too low. Seems like an easy fix though, nothing too major.

A good friend of mine asked me to create a logo for his fangame. It took about 2 hours during a livestream I hosted. What do you guys think?

At least I can see what I'm suppose to be looking at despite the sudden frames skip during the gameplay. The audio is still bearable so no complaints here. I still consider it a decent video compared to the recordings I've looked at. @.@

Since I upgraded to Photoshop CS6, I was able to pull off some very nice logos, and all in short time! CS5 didn't have many shortcuts and stroke options so doing all this in CS5 would come out completely wrong if you're going for an official title look.

but i need help with this code for FTB's Menu screen (everything is a placeholder, not final)

i did that with Down Arrow, Left Arrow and Right Arrow.

So if for example..."Main Game"s Alterable Value A is equal to 1, if that is true and i press enter i go to a determinate frame. (each button and their values send you to different screens.)

Short long story, how can i make it if i press enter and a value is 1, go to the indicated frame?

Did i explain myself correctly? (this is what happens when you're a mexican speaking english, can't explain yourself correctly)

Help me! (or just tell me another way to do a menu screen :V)

Most likely. Things are gonna start flying by now, since I have 95% of every technical thing worked out in the engine. I plan to have a 3 zone demo for SAGE, each with 3 acts, 2 stages and a boss fight.

There should be an event that says "go to frame". And thats all you should have to do.

So if i press "Enter" and Alterable Value A of "Main Game"=1...

I should make an event that says... Go to frame 7 (The frame the next screen is located)

i can't find the "go to" action, that's the problem :V

So, the event should look like this?:

-Alterable Value A of "Main Game"=1

-Upon pressing enter go to frame 7

... i dunno...

if i try that, it immediately goes to frame 7 without showing those...fancy?... blue-yellow flickering.

And i don't think "Key Enter is Pressed" is an option when using the "Alterable Value A of "Main Game"=1" event...

Sigh...

I'm glad everyone's liking my game! If you have any criticism, please criticize, as long as you have a valid point. :P

I like the things you do with the camera, and i'm guessing this is supposed to be an "spiritual" sequel to the advance games (judging by the title.) right?

Anyway, i like what you're doing, but i thing you could get a lot more creative with the background since GHZ's background has been used an insane amount of times.

And by the way guys, this is the background for Green Gate Zone Act 3 (a calmer look on act 1 and 2's background) i made, it's not close to being finished because i still need to add clouds and reflections (Also, can you guys tell me how to make a good looking water reflection?) so feedback will be greatly appreciated.

The backgrounds Green Hill Zone because it is Green Hill Zone. Sounds unoriginal, but let me explain. If Sonic were to be hanging out, resting like a vacation, Green Hill Zone seems like the best place.

There will be a few returning stages from various Sonic games throughout Sonic A.C. Most will be bonus stages, that you can unlock.

There will also be a "Evolution" mode based on a failed fan game I was working on years ago, when I was obviously incapable.

Where you can play through recreations of stages throughout the series(Actual recreations, like exactly the same), and will also include a modernized version using the same tiles, but with the new modern objects.

So yes, you can play Classic Green Hill Zone Act 1/2 with Rainbow Rings, 4-way cannons(Which are added, just not seen), rails.etc

This mode will unlock lots of bonus content.

And Sonic A.C. used to be heavily based on the Advance series, but has kind of changed direction since. Now becoming like a 2D Unleashed.

But I kept the name, as it still fits ether way.

I made a startup menu for my game, obviously based/inspired off of/from BTS's startup menu. With sound, you have the option to turn sound either on or off.

With Mode, you can choose between story and classic. Classic is playing through the levels as normal, collecting chaos emeralds, etc. Story will do that for you. I'm also going to add a quickplay mode, which allows you to skip levels at will, turn into super sonic at will, (after you beat the game) etc.

As you can see, the menu is inspired by BTS, and the options themselves are more like ATS options.

I will also add an option for no cutscenes once I make them.
