Jsonic
you could use FTP. BTW you use MMF1.5 or 2? do you have access to a server that supports FTP?
UltimateSonic
I am using 1.5. I saw the FTP object but I was confused as to how to use it nor was I sure that it was doing anything when I was trying it out.

UltimateSonic
Got it. I didn't want to start a new thread so I will ask another question here. How could a have an mp3 globally play across frames? ModFX causes my application to hang on exit.
LarkSS
Try using Direct Show and check the option that says something about playing music globally through the app. ( Don't remember the exact words, but it's something like that. ) BTW, Supa Supa Download is a good extension, but if you can learn the FTP object, I might suggest that instead. Especially since I recall JSonic mentioning that you can ask him about setting up an FTP connection with your account.
