I'm actually amazed you're still plodding away at this, Blaze. I mean, jesus christ. I actually remember the image you posted where you were planning on a darkness level, where the character had a torch. Then it became a bit more RPG. This is obviously supposed to be as close to the original as possible? (PS - SONY 4 LiFE!!!!)

This is a bloody joke. Irrespective of the money being made from it, it's morally wrong. In a physical scenario, if I made a friend say, a music cd only to find out he sold it on for a fiver, i'd be pretty pissed. I think i'll write ebay an email. . .

Who did you buy it from? Surely he has a warranty. Get him to send it back and get it repaired. Or, get the warranty paperwork from him and phone AS him. Problem solved, obvious solution really ?

Is he passing his exams? If he is as bad is you're making out, then I doubt he'll change no matter what you do. You could smack the shit out of him, if only to make yourself feel better.. not only that, but going by what you said he deserves it. I'm also bearing in mind there are two sides to every story, and i'm not calling you a lier here, but perhaps your perspective of things is a tad more dramatic than he sees it. Although you seem sure you want shot of this guy, in some cases mixing two different people can result in a positive experience.

Handbags at dawn ! I was interested by your post and you seem to be going through all the proper processes with your project. It looks good from the screenshots, but I've never, never used RPG Maker and so i don't know anything about it's limitations. I can see where some people are coming from, where you're already supplied with an engine and in that sense any game made using it are somehow all clones of each other. You seem to have the right attitude, and perhaps you should consider moving to another game creator where you're ideas can flourish properly.. Or, put this project on hold and make something a bit small scale until you're familiar with another program and have the skills to give a Sonic RPG the quality it deserves. Sonic: The RPG . . I like the title, it's bold and honest.
