Yes, and it seems to improve when using a 360 controller plugged in, but there's still a bit of a delay. It's not gamebreaking, but sometimes it fucks me up a bit.

I felt the same way playing the demo. After I bought it, I was able to adjust (although I have to sit considerably farther away from the screen than I normally would playing a videogame).
