  1. I really like the level design you drew. The screenies look awesome too. This might sound as a silly question but is this game made with Game Maker or another program?
  2. Sorry about that, I did put them up but the place I put my site (sitesled.com) is being a butt right now, but once the main site is up you should see the screenies. For you other guys, thanks for you comments, it was really tough to put this together, especially fixing most of the glitches.
  3. Hello all, This is a game that I've been working on since Febuary of last year. It's a Mario fangame. In this game Mario & Luigi have wondered what their parents looked like and it has been a long time since Mario & Luigi last saw their parents. A star called the Mother Star falls from the sky every 200 years but it broke while on impact and now Mario & Luigi must find the four pieces to the mother star and ask their wish.   4. I have to say this is pretty good. I was hoping there would be some special stages even though this is a demo. Overall, the game is pretty good, keep it up!
  5. Yes, Luigi and Mario have the same weapons but if they collide into an enemy they lose the weapon they're carrying By the way, Khorney, which text are you talking about? The map text that displays the levels' name or the talking text?

  7. Well, I'm popping out from the shadows and posting a couple of screenies from a project I'm working on. It's called Super Mario: Quest for the Mother Star. I haven't got a demo up yet b/c I'm still working on the game. Well, here's a couple of screenies. (These screenies are kinda old.)
  8. Well, I don't want gravity, what I really want is basically for sonic to go through tubes as he does in GHZ, Hill Top Zone. I was gonna put in intersection which you could go through different directions to different parts of the level.
  9. Is there a way to make Sonic go down tubes as he does in Green Hill Zone? Also, I know Death Egg act 2 had gravity but is there a way to stop Sonic, and pick the direction you want him to go as you do in the gravity tubes? I'm using TGF by the way.
  10. Hey gang, On of the levels in my fangame is crashing when you begin the level. I've checked the events, and they seem to be okay? Could anybody tell me what could the problem be? If anybody who like to see the game open-source just PM me and I'll send you the game.

  12. Is there a way to make Sonic ride a mine cart like on STH 2 GG? Wasn't there a how-to about that long time ago on the main site?

Well, I know some of you people are having trouble with my game trying to jump while running, is there a better way to detect slopes so the character will be bale to stay to the ground while running and be able to jump? I used Rage's Static Engine and that engine had the same problem. If there's another how-to for TGF, please let me know, it would be really helpful.
  14. I think there was a how-to on the main site long time ago, but how would you make an active object backgound follow the main character? (ex:instead of putting many active object backgrounds, use one and act like it's the bg for the whole level.) See,I'm making an underwater level and I don't want to use many active objects that are water which those objects might crash the game.
  15. Actaully that screeny is from my laptop, and I did change the water color, I'll just change the water again.
