SoaH City affiliate Sonic Stadium has uncovered a concept demo of a Sonic the Hedgehog virtual reality project. The project was developed by Big Sky VR for SEGA.
Big Sky developed a proof of concept for Sega to help them bring their icon Sonic the Hedgehog to the world of Virtual Reality. In this puzzle game experience Sonic escorts our user along an adventure that takes him across land sea under volcanos and above the clouds thats true to Sonic form.
Footage of the project has also been shared by a Big Sky developer, however it seems that the footage has been taken down since. It is unknown what this project was intended to be or whether it was picked up by SEGA or not.
