SoaH City Forums Update

SoaH City’s forums were taken offline last Friday to upgrade from IPB3 to IPS4. The upgrade is complete and the forums are now back online! You can log in as usual. IPS4 is a huge upgrade and far from the usual smaller upgrades the site receives. A more in-depth explanation has been posted on the forums.
